If a space is available, you can park right outside the front door. Location makes it very easy to get into Zurich and exit Zurich. The rooms were nice with special touches (candy on pillow, robes/slippers, decorations). The staff provided free maps/guides and you could also buy 24-hour transportation tickets right there. Instructions on how to use the coffee machine would have been nice.... |

What I really liked was the cleanliness of the room, and the politeness of the staff members. The check in is too late for me, it could be maybe at an early time?. I did not wanted to pay with credit card. Booking.com said that the credit card will be only used for booking purposes. |

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Located not in the center, but easily accesible by small 10 min tram ride. Rooms located in the back side, quietly. The double bed was actually not a real double, but 140 cm. After complaining we got a real double bed the next night. No airconditioning. Internet paid (and expensive). Not at all a 4 stars hotel, but more a decent 3 stars. |

Its location, next to a tramway station and 10 min. away from the city center. The price, considering that the hotel is located in an expensive town. The rooms, somewhat small. The hotel overall needs refurbishment. |

Great hotel, good location, irght on the tram line The hotel showed our reservation as cancelled. They were great and set up another room for us, but raise the price about 25 francs. |

The room was small but pleasant because it had been renovated. I had asked for one of these rooms because of another review I had read on your website saying how horrible their room was and they were moved. This hotel really does not feel like a 4 star..... The restaurant was terrible...! We had an evening meal and both starters and main courses were extremely poor...we paid SF169.00.On the strength of that we decided not to have breakfast which would have cost us an extra SF25 each. The atmosphere of the hotel at reception is generally cold.There was only 1 american channel (CNN) out of 50 channels....No air conditioning!!! ..terrible |

Le restaurant est agréable, suffisamment d'espace, calme. La nourriture très bonne. Suite à ma demande d'une chambre calme, j'ai apprécié d'être placée au 5ème étage, côté cours.Le personnel était accueillant. |

hotel pultito e abbastanza centrato. il parcheggio si paga a parte e non è per nulla vicino, tanto vale cercare un posto sempre vicino al parcheggio dell'hotel dove si può parcheggiare free dalle 22 alle 8 |

Sehr gut gelegen um Zürich zu entdecken. Zimmer war sehr ruhig, da auf abgewante Seite der Strasse. Ein Doppeltbett gebucht, aber leider zwei einzel Betten gekriegt. |

Chegamos no hotel já eram 11 horas da noite, mas não tivemos nenhum problema para fazer o check in. Fomos muito bem recebidos.O hotel tem boa limpeza e é confortável, não fica no centro da cidade, mas tem um ponto de tranway do lado e levamos apenas 15 minutos para chegar na região central. |
