I liked the rooms, they were clean, nice and relaxing, the receptionist was very friendly and cooperative. I loved the welcome and the treatment, extended my stay at the place for one more day.

The restaurant in front of the hotel should have allowed us to sit there while waiting, they were very rude to force us to order for sitting.

i like the staffs coz theyre kind and i love the place.

The room space is a Little short.

Rooms were good, beds comfortable, excellent pillows!! We had stayed in other Swiss hotels and all the pillows were flat as a pancake. Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful with directions and tram & train questions.

Wifi was not good, bad connectivity. Breakfast was a buffet & that might be good for a day, but not everyday so we didnt try it. There are other places nearby with choices.

Comfortable rooms...quiet. Coffee / tea facilities. T.v.in bathrooms.

The Internet is unfortunately really bad. At least 11 % packet loss and 300 - 500 ms responds time towards a big Swedish ISP.

nice hotel , conveniently located to all city attractions , value for money. Tram stop close by, tram takes you to all places you would like to visit.

Poor coffee making machine

The room was very big and comfortable. Good connections with the city center (10 minutes with tram line 3).

Excellent Location with very good connectivity to the Main Station Rooms were very spacious as we took a suite with a sofa cum bed and it was perfect according to our needs Various supermarkets nearby and there were few Indian restaurants without any interchange of Tram Line 3 like MASALA and SHERE PUNJAB, you can check their connections in google maps. Overall a very good hotel in Zurich that doesn't burn your pockets.. enjoy your stay too!!!

From the front door we have to carry our suitcase to step up for elevator with our suit,not good for senior travellers.

Good location (close from metro station), No surprises (it means, mercure always offer what I expect)

Expensive parking and breakfast! I suggest to take your breakfast at thw coffee besides hotel.

A clean and comfortable hotel with good location ( you can reach the city centre in15 min by tram stops directly at the hotel). Free coffee machine and drinks in the room.

Expensive breakfast.

The room is reasonably large and quite comfortable. The location is very good, just a few minutes by tram to the Central Station and very close to the center of Zurich. The coffee maker is very nice.

The wifi works on and off all the time. Login is needed every single time when using the wifi.

The hotel is smart and does everything that is should for a hotel at this price. Location is reasonably convenient.

The hotel is lacking in character and lacks atmosphere. Parking is also expensive at 19CHF per night for unsecured parking at the front of the hotel.

1. Very small Rooms 2. Absence of heating. The room temperature was not comfortable for us.

-The room is very well furnished and spacious. For the price I got for 2 people its really good value for money.for,same kind of hotrl,i have to pay more than double of this in luzern -I had zurich card pass so can easily hop on with any zurich public transport.zurich airport is only around 13 minute and city is around 10 minutes. -There is turkish restajrant (kebab etc) accross the hltel that serve hallal food too -the room has espresso machine -it has tv,in bathroom

-Wifi is got disconnected when ur phone is idle for sometime(if u r using smartphone)its just annoying to log in again. -The shade on the bath room is not perfectly placed n sealed.so whrb taking shower,some water will fallout tok the floor,will create small mess
