Staff were helpful, good transport links, quiet area. Felt had been misrepresented as a 4 star hotel. No gym, bar and restuarant closed at 5pm, no room service, breakfast was limited and not fresh |

The beds were comfortable and the shower was very clean. My room had a balcony and there was hardly any noise in the evening. Good location easy distance from the tram to the main station. |

- old, bed unconfortable - instead of one dobule bed we got 2 connected beds, staff was very loudly during tidying up so they have woken up us, hair dryer was very weak and old so drying my hair took me ages, mini bar was empty, the view from the window was for rubbish, all things in the room were old - I think they need a change, location was in the one of the worst districts in Zurich |

The breakfast was really nice Sometimes theres lack of coordination between the front desk staff. A person confirms a late checkout, when the shift changes the other person says I am not aware about it. |

The Hotel is close to a tram station and it take 15 min to the city center. Standard room. Nice bathroom. Very clean. Car park is a bit expansive and 5 min away. Old TV. |

I liked the location of the hotel. It was comfortable, clean and quiet even though the hotel was full. The hotel offered a ticket for a free beverage in the restaurant or the bar but they didnt have all the ingredients to prepare a cocktail which was on the menu! |

The hospitality of the staff was very kind. The wireless connection was not available. In Turkey, you can find in any kind of Hotel a wireless connection and it is free of charge. |

Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. You can make the best hot chocolate in your room. The hotel is simply amazing with a perfect rate. The rooms are very comfortable and the neighborhood is fine. The only problem was finding a parking place around the hotel. |

Basically nothing. it is good for one night stay. Expensive car parking and extra charge for our dog. and it is far from city centre but you can take train from in front of the hotel. Roos are very small. |

Parking and overall service were not up to standard.My colleague had to change the room three times to get an acceptable room. Value for money is at best fair. |

It was clean. It didn't have air conditioning in the room and if you opened the window and the room was on the road side, was imposible to sleep or to make conversation because of the noise coming from outside. In my opinion, you can't classify a hotel to have 4 stars and to provide only a fan for the room. Our room had antic equipments such as the tv was an very old type and the minifrige didn't have a place specially for ice (so you coundn't have ice prepared). I've been told that I have internet in the room, but it wasn't working and nobody bothered to come to check why. The receptionist only said that it didn't happen before and that's it. Every other hotel in Switzerland offered ticket mobility to have free transport in the city but not this hotel. |

Hotel was excellent and value for money. The staffs are very kind and helpful and very prompt. The location of th ehotel is very good and accessible from th erailway station. |

Good value and well kept room. Very quiet and efficient. Although it was not in the exact center of town, the tram runs directly in front of the hotel and it is easy to get around. |
