The Breakfast was quite alright and the rooms were well cleaned. The lady of the house is very friendly. The building is very old and needs to get a good investment to upgrade it into the 21st century. If you compare it to chains like Novotel or Kyriad it's way off the chart. The whole place reminds me off old glory, now it's it's located a distant from the center in a poorer area with lots of immigrants. The bar is clean but also reminds me off the old days, once it could have been a strong residence but now it's lost it. Don't leave your car outside, rent a garage.

Stayed for 12 days with family and 2 small children. Excellent facilities for family with young children. Hotel provides small backyard with playground. Only hotel in Biel that offers a family room with a bunk to accommodate 2 kids at a reasonable price. Some rooms are also equipped with small cooking facilities. Only hotel I know in Biel that provides a washing machine for clothes washing. Car parking facilities are avail at the rear of the hotel at a reasonable price. Shops are only few minutes walk away. Bus stop to station across the road. The hotel is no fuss, but has it all. Bathroom and plumbing needs attention. Rooms with kitchenette should have a few plates and cutlery.

Nothing interesting Check in was a disaster,nobody to welcome and had to find the keys ourselves.Breakfast is poor.The room furniture are old.Found bottle of beer from previous guests in our room. Far too expensive for what it is.

Ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral gelegen; Einzelzimmer standart gebucht und ohne Aufpreis Doppelzimmer mit Balkon erhalten;Hinweis der Receptionistin, dass es billiger kommt, in der blauen Zone zu parkieren anstatt in der hoteleigenen Einstellhalle.

Es war sauber, hatte angenehme Bettwäsche und die beteitgestellten Früchte und Getränke fand ich super. Ebenfalls toll, dass eine Möglichkeit zum Teekochen da war! Ein Tip noch: bitte auch Naturjoghurt zum Frühstück geben und dunkles Brot ohne Nüsse. Es gibt Leute mit Allergien! Danke!

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar zu Fuss und auch mit öv (Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus) Das Frühstücksbuffet war bescheiden.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zimmer ist ok für 1-2 Nächte. Frühstück war reichhaltig. Leider gab es kein nutzbares Wlan wie in der Ausschreibung angeboten. Das Zimmer war ok, jedoch sollte man wieder einmal die Möbel und Fenster ersetzen. Frühstück ok. Parkplatz mit 12.--/Tag zu teuer.

Beim Empfang riecht es nach Toilettendesinfektionsmittel, was abschreckend ist! Das Hotel hat viel zu wenig Nichtraucherzimmer, so dass ich widererwarten in einem Raucherzimmer logieren musste, was mir einige Stunden raubte.

een wat rommelig geheel; de boeking kon men niet vinden en de aangevraagde luxe kamer was niet beschikbaar.alles duurde heel lang voordat wij naar onze kamer konden. de kamer was niet byzonder en erg warm in vergelijking met de buitentemperatuur.

המלון ממוקם באחד הרחובות הראשיים בעיר.הקשר עם המרכז טוב. מספיק אוטובוס אחד.למרות שכל אביזרי הנוחיות היו, המיטה היתה ישנה וחרקה ,מזוג אויר לא היה בחדר(מס. 15).בימים אלה הטמפרטורה הגיע ל 27 מע. האוכל היה טובן. השרות היה משביע רצון. המסתפקים בשרותים כנגד חסכון במחיר.בשבילי זה היה כדאי.

Die Einrichtung war teilweise veraltet. Das Bad machte einen stark renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Zwei Lampen funktionierten nicht. Die Vorlegekette an der Zimmertür war herausgerissen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war minimal gehalten........
