Room size Information misleading - there is no park opposite and this was a reason for booking, thinking this would result in a nice outlook. Instead we felt very uncomfortable in hotel vicinity as hotel and vicinity covered in grafitti. Park is nothing more than some grass and a couple of seats which is around the corner and not opposite the hotel. The balcony has asbestos sheeting. Decor - 70's & poor. |

I tried to connect to wi-fi using my ITouch. It would not just connect. The Hotel staff did not make an effort to find out the reason for Wi-Fi not connecting. They just kept giving me new usernames and passwords. |

It was a short walk to the business district. Room size was larger for a european hotel Had to park two blocks from hotel. While the bathroom looked clean it was a bit smelly. |

Very quite. The staff very helpful and informative. Good breakfast and really good value for money. The bus is available just outside the hotel and mtr is only 7 mins from hotel. Only two people working so at night no one at reception. |

Hotel liegt nage dem Zentrum.Gute Anbindung an Buslinien. Garage steht zur Verfügung. Zimmer recht groß und hell. Bequeme Betten. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Recht alte Ausstattung. Frühstücksraum etwas schmuddelig (= Kneipe, die zum Hotel gehört). Zimmer waren aber sauber. |

Même si l'hôtel se trouve près du centre de Biel/Bienne il est très calme et pourtant parfait pour passer la soirée/nuit. Il faudrait faire un renouvellement urgent car tout est très décadent. Dans notre chambre nous avons eu un lit escamotable converti un lit "normal"??? |

Ruime kamer Receptie was telkens op te roepen via de interfoon. D.w.z. dat de receptie steeds onbemand was! Kamermeubilair aan de oubollige kant. |

El desayuno buffet que era bastante completo,con fruta y todo Las camas eran mueblecama con unos colchones malísimos y viejos hundidos en varias zonas,nos dijeron que las habitaciones de luxe tampoco tenían mejores colchones,sólo menos ruido por no dar a la calle. |
