Very basic, not much to say except that its location is very convenient. No bath soap, no shampoo. Dispenser of liquid hand soap is difficult to use.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms were basic and efficient. Nothing really upscale but a nice place to stay for a night or two. The buffet breakfast was quite good. Our interaction with the staff was positive. The city, (Bern) is a very inviting place. The buildings are beautiful and it was a pleasure to walk around the city. They night we stayed there was an outdoor concert close to our hotel. I would stay again.

Excellent location, very clean and big rooms(room was upgraded) The staff was very friendly during check in. terrible breakfast, only have micro wave food, cold and tasteless. even coffee also not hot enough. but bread, fruits and fruits juice served in good condition. very noisy downstair. made us can't sleep well.

The location. It was poorly equiped: no table, no rack for the bags etc.. The whole hotel made a cheerless impression, the stairway looked like that of a prison.

the room was bright, clean and warm. the window view was good. the hotel really meets the Swiss Quality. Good price too. you had to go across street to the cooperation hotel to get free internet connection. No free wifi.

Au centre. L'hôtel... Porte fermée samedi 20h, personne à l'accueil, atmosphère lugubre... Il faut aller faire le check-in à l'hôtel Kreuz en face. Parking recommandé par le personnel 40.- pour 14h. Ajouté au prix de la chambre l'hotel n'est plus si bon marché... Installations des chambres obsolètes (pommeau de douche qui fuit, pas de lampe de chevet, une seule prise,...), odeurs désagréable (tabac?). Touriste Suisse de passage qui connait la ville, je ne me formaliserai pas trop sur cette expérience. Qu'en est-il du touriste qui découvre notre pays? Attention à ne pas ternir notre image sous prétexte d'être bien placé et que la Suisse est chère... Pour avoir séjourné dans un hôtel ayant le même label deux jours auparavant, il n'y a pas de comparaison possible et c'est déstabilisant pour le client...
