Couldn't cash in welcome glass of wine at the bar while haing diner there instead of restaurant.. Was charged 8chf for cup of coffee at breakfast while accompanying my husband who was haning breakfast.. Desk deductedit. Small thigs of course but still..

I liked the front desk staff, reception and food services. The rooms were redecorated nicely. Transportation was easy and telecommunication is excellent.

Heating not strong enough, cleaning is fixed time and difficult to bring at suitable times, the beds were uncomfortable. No all night dinning. Breakfast buffet is very poor

Localization and the hotel personnel very friendly. Greatly recommended.

High price per day.

Great location, right in centre if Geneva, overlooking the lake. Room was in gentleman's club style. Very stylish, although a little worn. Good breakfast, which unusually was included.

Bathroom small and badly designed. Very difficult for two people to move around.

Very disappointed. Paid extra for lake view and all three rooms were on the 1st floor with absolutely no view of the lake!!!

smoking room were in fact smelling cigarette. Book 4 nights but had to leave after two nights. The hotel did not agre to refund my extra 2 nights even with a vaucher.

Location on the lake and proximity to shopping.

I had requested an upper floor, non-smoking room. They gave me a room that smelled of smoke on the first floor. I complained, they changed it. Bar and food prices are very high.

The location is perfect. The hotel staff was very helpful.

This hotel that makes you feel welcome as a guest, the location is very good, right in front of the lake and close to shopping and restaurants.

The bed was extremely firm.

Nice friendly atmosphere centrally located for the shops

The lake view was obsured by the treese - you need to be on floor 4 at least. It was hot and we couldn't open the windows because of the incessant noise of the traffic 24/7. On Sunday we also had sirens going for various road accidents. A complete nightmare!

Die Zimmer "Signature" sind zwar nicht sehr gross aber sehr schön. Super Design und Hightech. Schöner Frühstücksraum und vielfältiges Buffet - freundliches, aufmerksames Personal.
