Design, rom comfort and service were good enough

Too noisy for the room with lake view. Prices are high. For such rates intrnet access must be 24h for free

It has a great location, near the shopping center.

The room heating system was really bad, the room was very cold and uncomfortable to sleep in. More over the lake side view is not worth the extra price as the window is very small making the room look and feel tight!

It was very good trip because the hotel situated in the most central part of Geneva. There is the best view on the Lake. Too care off personal, good kitchen, especially breakfast.

The guesture of remembering my birthday. Reception staff and manager are lovely concierge are very helpfull and efficient. I was disapointed coz no spa.

No spa!!! No young bar, music lounge!

I Booked a room which was supposed to be a room with a lake view ,unfortunately when I reach the I didnt have the lake view instead a garden view, which was extremely annoying, so I had to wait for a 5 hrs to find a room on a higher floor and after moving to the 3rd floor from the 2nd floor the view was the same (waste of time), Very Noisy as the main street is just by the hotel and the rooms are too small and really needs to be renovated so old furniture.

Dissapointed with the room, and never fulfilled their promises. Requested double bed, they put 2 single beds next to each Other Do not recommed it

The location is ideal for exploring the lake and the surroundings such as Chamonix

The noise from the road at the front and the music at week-ends

Location was excellent. Staff vey helpful we enjoyed our weekend.

It would have been helpful if they could have included information in the room about tours and local attractions.

We had two children with us - 6mos old and 3 year old. the staff were great with the kids. there was a special nappy bin in the bathroom without having to ask for one. There was a complimentary soft toy for the kids. The only drawback was that at the entrance to the hotel there were several steps up to the lifts which was difficult with a heavy pushchair but the hotel staff were very helpful with lifting this up with the children inside up to the lift level. we asked for intercommunicating rooms which was supplied- an excellent arrangement. We were also given a very late checkout which helped with our late flight. Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent central location. Found it a bit on the pricey side but that was due to the exchange rate.
