Location is excellent. Breakfast is very good. Friendly staff.

There is no complimentary WI-FI. Not friendly staff of the restaurants and poor service there.

Price is to high because for the same price I can stay in Kempinsky or President Wilson and to get corporate rate you are to complicated compared with those two

Rooms small

We were pleasantly surprised with a belated birthday cake. What a very nice gesture. Staff very helpfull.

location and quality of hotel staff

the room was very small. no sound insolation - we could easily hear what people next room were discussing. low value for money. the lake view was totaly blocked by the trees from the park in front of the hotel.

Good location, professional athmosphere, discrete, large room, good view, hospitality

international newspapers at the breakfast table should be obvious. There were only french newspapers. On Sunday there were no newspapers at all. However international newspapers should be reachable. Fresh newspapers should come at this room price directly into the room. I'm not complaining, just astonished that a 5 star hotel doesnt have this facility automatically.

In general, staff were very co-operative - professional. Location of the hotel in the centre of shopping and business dist.

The Lobby area was very small.
