Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen. Prachtig uitzicht op meer. Koffie en thee op de kamer. Bedden zijn wat kort, zeker geen 2 meter. In de deur naar de badkamer zit veel glas. Dus bij bezoek 's nachts is hele kamer ook verlicht. |

Central location, close to main shopping area, restaurants, old town and lake. Relaxing in the piano bar. Paid extra for a lake side room. Unfortunately, lake was totally obscured from view by large trees in English garden directly in front of hotel. |

Good location, professional athmosphere, discrete, large room, good view, hospitality international newspapers at the breakfast table should be obvious. There were only french newspapers. On Sunday there were no newspapers at all. However international newspapers should be reachable. Fresh newspapers should come at this room price directly into the room. I'm not complaining, just astonished that a 5 star hotel doesnt have this facility automatically. |

In general, staff were very co-operative - professional. Location of the hotel in the centre of shopping and business dist. The Lobby area was very small. |

It is far too expensive without inclusive of breakfast as I can understand we are situated in Geneva. Breakfast over price for the quality and quantity of food provided. Otherwise, it is all perfect! |

The hotel was very impressive (the building, the atmosphere, the location). The standard double room with lake view was too small for a 5 star hotel. The bathroom was tiny. |

Get rid of those useless baths so you can make bigger showers. Also, change the toilets for ones that do what they're supposed to do: flush all refuse away, instead of just whirling it around. |
