It is far too expensive without inclusive of breakfast as I can understand we are situated in Geneva. Breakfast over price for the quality and quantity of food provided. Otherwise, it is all perfect! |

The hotel was very impressive (the building, the atmosphere, the location). The standard double room with lake view was too small for a 5 star hotel. The bathroom was tiny. |

Get rid of those useless baths so you can make bigger showers. Also, change the toilets for ones that do what they're supposed to do: flush all refuse away, instead of just whirling it around. |

Staff, especially concierge and valet were very nice and accomodating The first week of August id Fete Geneva...a little loud in rooms do to activity outside till early morning. |
