Construit în 1854 pe fortificaţiile oraşului vechi, Swissôtel Métropole Geneva, de 5 stele, este situat în inima oraşului Geneva, oferind vederi panoramice la lac şi facilităţi gratuite de fitness. It has a great location, near the shopping center. The room heating system was really bad, the room was very cold and uncomfortable to sleep in. More over the lake side view is not worth the extra price as the window is very small making the room look and feel tight!

It was very good trip because the hotel situated in the most central part of Geneva. There is the best view on the Lake. Too care off personal, good kitchen, especially breakfast. I was happy to stay in hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They make you feel very comfortable there. The rooms were nicely design and very cosy. The location was excellent for people who enjoy shopping. The rooms are a little small.

The guesture of remembering my birthday. Reception staff and manager are lovely concierge are very helpfull and efficient. I was disapointed coz no spa. No spa!!! No young bar, music lounge!

Only site Persistence of the personnel (4 times tried to come into number for a day without the visible reasons, yet haven't hung up the tablet to disturb. Lakes view, but on very bustling street The breakfast doesn't correspond to 5 stars.

It ıs my favorıte hotel in Geneva and I have been stayıng there for many years. Your pricing was very good and I booked through Booking.com which I intend to continue to use in the future. The hotel has a great location, comfortable rooms, good bar and restaurant.

Confortable bed Close to the shops bathroom I Booked a room which was supposed to be a room with a lake view ,unfortunately when I reach the I didnt have the lake view instead a garden view, which was extremely annoying, so I had to wait for a 5 hrs to find a room on a higher floor and after moving to the 3rd floor from the 2nd floor the view was the same (waste of time), Very Noisy as the main street is just by the hotel and the rooms are too small and really needs to be renovated so old furniture.

“I have travelled with my wife ....Where to start .... Everything was great ... I have travel allot , I can say this one of the best . Staff are soooo friendly and helpful... Their welcoming was great ... One of the staff went up to the room with us and explain every single thing in the room ... They give us a great welcoming drink .. Room was super clean ...they put a chocolate on the bed evey day ( great one and other type on the next day ) ...they clean the room twice a day ...location is great ad well...
