no interner facility 24 hrs only on selected rooms and now all need internet

Near to everything, views superb, great bar and food

A very warm, friendly and informative reception which was a good start to the weekend.

The cost of a gin and tonic!

Choice in menu for dinner very poor, and service there isn't good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They make you feel very comfortable there. The rooms were nicely design and very cosy. The location was excellent for people who enjoy shopping.

Persistence of the personnel (4 times tried to come into number for a day without the visible reasons, yet haven't hung up the tablet to disturb. Lakes view, but on very bustling street The breakfast doesn't correspond to 5 stars.

I Booked a room which was supposed to be a room with a lake view ,unfortunately when I reach the I didnt have the lake view instead a garden view, which was extremely annoying, so I had to wait for a 5 hrs to find a room on a higher floor and after moving to the 3rd floor from the 2nd floor the view was the same (waste of time), Very Noisy as the main street is just by the hotel and the rooms are too small and really needs to be renovated so old furniture.

Dissapointed with the room, and never fulfilled their promises. Requested double bed, they put 2 single beds next to each Other Do not recommed it

Design, rom comfort and service were good enough

Too noisy for the room with lake view. Prices are high. For such rates intrnet access must be 24h for free

Staff so friendly. Security is well maintained.

Location was excellent. Staff vey helpful we enjoyed our weekend.

It would have been helpful if they could have included information in the room about tours and local attractions.

Que se está quedando anticuado. Me ha sorprendido que tengan todavia habitaciones de fumadores.
