The breakfast was fine. The panaroma on the top was very nice. I wasn't happy with the main attitude of the lady at the reception. I had the impression that she wasn't trying to serve, but dominating. Nothing substantial, but that is what I felt. The check in took so long. She was asking many questions but she wasn't eager to reply mines. |

The proximity of the shops, Metro, buses. The heat in the room and the noise of the bells all day and night, and the people walking and talking in the middle of the night. |

Very well located (central), near the Metro Station (Le Flon) in a quit zone. Room 64 has the best lake view (top floor, lake side, with terrace). The breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff team was very attentive. Comfortable rooms. I recommend it. Some reception staff people are very unfriendly: to get a invoice with my portuguese company name was a film scene. Only a room key key was given. If lost, the price to pay by another key is 140 CHF. |

Very helpful receptionist, hotel very clean, breakfast buffet included in price, bathroom with bath and good facilities including haidryer. room very stuffy, (window overlooked internal sevice area impossible to get air current) ordinary breakfast tea unavailable |

L'accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux, le petit-déjeûner continental copieux pris sur la terrasse avec vue sur la vieille ville... Un écriteau dit à l'accueil : "Come to the Minotel Crystal as a guest and you will come back as a friend", et c'est tellement vrai ! |

La sua posizione, centrale, in zona pedonale e quindi tranquillo e comodo per visitare la città. Vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Il personale veramente in gamba. Colazione ottima. La finestra della mia camera (ma non solo la mia) che dava su un piccolo cortile interno, quindi niente panorama della città..... |

Sehr nettes Personal, schönes Zimmer im 6. Stock mit Terasse und Blick auf die Altstadt und See. Gutes Frühstück. Ich habe an der Cyclo Tour du Léman teilgenommen. Musste früh starten. Personal hat für mich extra ein Frühstück auf's Zimmer gebracht; das war wirklich super! |

Lausanne駅からホテルまでの路線バスにハンドバックを置き忘れてしまったが、ホテルのフロントスタッフがバス会社への連絡等をいやな顔せず親切に行ってくれ有り難かった。 |

Fantastic terrasse, great bedroom, nice and quiet room, the location of the hotel is perfect! It would be better if the hotel informed about their prices on internet access on their homepage - the connection is not free nor included in the price of the room. The staff at the front desk was not friendly, especially with regard to the check-out, where I wanted to pay partly in cash partly with credit card, and the staff complained loudly, because they had to reprint the bill...? |

hotel v centru, blízko metra a trolejbusů, příjemný hotel a přátelský přístup zaměstnanců, bohaté snídaně v hezkém prostředí. V době našeho pobytu probíhala vedle hotelu stavba nebo rekonstrukce budovy, takže to bylo dost hlučné prostředí, ale večer byl klid. Po ukončení prací to bude příjemné a klidné místo pro pobyt. |
