Great location, good price performance. Corner room on the top floor has a terrific view from terrace to the roofs of the medieval city center. |

Good location in pedestrian part of Lausanne, near to metro station, so easy to get about the city. Hotel staff were very friendly. Lack of air conditioning - our room was very hot. A fan was supplied but it didn't help much. |

The breakfast The staff was generally pleasant except for the main woman who worked the desk. She seems to be overwhelmed and bothered by simple guest questions. |

The staff was excellent and very professional. We enjoyed the breakfast in the roof with very beautiful view! We didn't like that hotel was situated near bordel and it was very hard to sleep - too noisy. |

The breakfast was fine. The panaroma on the top was very nice. I wasn't happy with the main attitude of the lady at the reception. I had the impression that she wasn't trying to serve, but dominating. Nothing substantial, but that is what I felt. The check in took so long. She was asking many questions but she wasn't eager to reply mines. |

The proximity of the shops, Metro, buses. The heat in the room and the noise of the bells all day and night, and the people walking and talking in the middle of the night. |

Zimmer 61 - 64 mit grosser Terasse und mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über die Dächer von Lausanne, die Berge und den Lac Léman. (Die andern Zimmer weiss ich nicht, ob sie Terassen haben). Vielleicht ein bischen wenig variertes Frühstück. Aber sonst gut und sauber. |

Отель в центре, Удобное расположение - центр города-- рядом метро, на метро 2 остановки до ж/д вокзала, торговый центр. Хороший завтрак, хороший семейный номер, Недостаток - рядом с одним из выходов из метро - площадь, где собираются сомнительного рода нетрезвые личности, Неприятно.Но в принципе мы с ними никак не контактировали. |
