チェックイン時に市内バス・メトロのパスが貰えました。レマン湖からは少し離れています。ホテルスタッフは- 親切 設備は古いです。 |

Lausanne駅からホテルまでの路線バスにハンドバックを置き忘れてしまったが、ホテルのフロントスタ- ッフがバス会社への連絡等をいやな顔せず親切に行ってくれ有り難かった。 |

徒歩１０分弱の所に専用屋内駐車場がある。ホテルは歩行者専用道路沿いだが、チェックインや荷物の出し入れ- の間は乗り入れが出来る。買い物や旧市街観光には便利な立地。テラスに椅子テーブル付きの最上階の部屋だっ- たので眺めが良く、旧市街から湖まで一望出来た。朝食は、ごく普通だった。 |

Great location, good price performance. Corner room on the top floor has a terrific view from terrace to the roofs of the medieval city center. |

Good location in pedestrian part of Lausanne, near to metro station, so easy to get about the city. Hotel staff were very friendly. Lack of air conditioning - our room was very hot. A fan was supplied but it didn't help much. |

The breakfast The staff was generally pleasant except for the main woman who worked the desk. She seems to be overwhelmed and bothered by simple guest questions. |

The staff was excellent and very professional. We enjoyed the breakfast in the roof with very beautiful view! We didn't like that hotel was situated near bordel and it was very hard to sleep - too noisy. |

The breakfast was fine. The panaroma on the top was very nice. I wasn't happy with the main attitude of the lady at the reception. I had the impression that she wasn't trying to serve, but dominating. Nothing substantial, but that is what I felt. The check in took so long. She was asking many questions but she wasn't eager to reply mines. |

The proximity of the shops, Metro, buses. The heat in the room and the noise of the bells all day and night, and the people walking and talking in the middle of the night. |

Sebbene economico, la camera era ampia ed arredata ragionevolmente così come il bagno. Le campane della cattedrale iniziano a suonare presto, ma sarà un problema di tutti gli hotel del centro. |
