The staff was very cheerful and helpful. The room was large (for European), clean and well appointed. The indoor pool was large and fun. Great location, easy walk to/from train station and the mail shopping and eating areas. Very limited availability at the spa, I do not think they had very many actual spa employees. |

No bad surprise, everything looks as described. Great swimming pool for a mountain hotel. Excellent food for a reasonable rate. Extra charge for 3rd child (all below 9) in a double room. |

The obliging, friendly and hospitable staff. A perfect stop-over to relax and recharge in the middle of a six week walking and rail holiday between Italy and France. I have already recommended this hotel to friends. |

Beautiful details. Great bed. Excellent view to Matterhorn.Good pool. Did not feel kids friendly by the staff. Would be great to have kids play room. Missing tea making in the room. Had to pay for one tea downstaris 4.50 chf, which found too expensive just for hot water. Would not travel there once again with the kids- even pool was great. |

The buffet breakfast was the best at this hotel during 3 weeks I stayed in Switzerland that included 4 different hotels in the same price range. Also, it is only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Many different entries into the hotel was a littel confusing at first. |

We got a great rate on the rooms, and then got upgraded which was fantastic. Staff were lovely, helpful. Rooms exceeded expectations. Good views of the Matterhorn from terrace. Good sized pool, and the free modern spa / refugium is worth a visit. |

The hotel is located very close to Zermatt station and can be easily found. I was very impressed with their services: the room was quite large and clean, and breakfast was also great. The reception was very kind and friendly. |

La suite dans laquelle nous étions était tout à fait parfaite. Très beaux matériaux, très confortable. Excellente situation - centre de Zermatt - proche de la gare. Personnel qui essaie de faire le mieux possible, transfert gratuit à la gare, réservation de restaurants à l'extérieur. Le concept de restauration ne me semble pas du tout adéquat. Car le choix est soit un restaurant gastronomique (peu utilisé pour une famille avec trois enfants), soit un restaurant avec un menu imposé (ex: moules et crêpes suzette!!). Plus de flexibilité dans le deuxième restaurant serait un réel plus. Sommes toujours allés manger à l'extérieur. La piscine qui est de belle taille est absolument à refaire. Triste et démodée. On a surtout qu'une envie c'est de partir!! La réception (local) doit également être refaite. Ces deux espaces ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur du positionnement de l'hôtel actuellement. |
