Travel information

Arrival by train:
There are direct train connections from Brig and Visp to the modern narrow-gauge Matterhorn-Gotthard railway, which arrives in Zermatt after a 90-minute journey through the romantic, rugged Vispa Valley.

Please inform the hotel about your arrival time and the porter will pick you up with the electric car at the train station of Zermatt.

Arrival by car:
Coordinates of Zermatt/Täsch: 46° 4 - 7° 45'

After Täsch the car-free area begins. You have 2 possibilities:
- Use the indoor and outdoor parking and the taxi driver of this parking will bring you to entrance of Zermatt, where the porter will pick you up with the electric car.
- Park your car at the public parking facility (outdoor parking places only) and take the shuttle train to Zermatt. Call the hotel from Zermatt station (from the hotel information board, free of charge) and the porter will pick you up from Zermatt station.
