away from the busy street, this hotel fronts on the dock for excursion boats on Lago Maggiore, making trips on the lake very easy. while there are many places to swim along the lake, one needs to walk a bit up or down the lake promenade to reach one from the hotel |

Le séjour dans cet établissement admirablement situé au bord d'un lac romantique nous a séduits, jeune ou moins jeunes ; nous y avons été chaleuteusement accueillis par les hôtes toujours disponibles que nous remercions vivement pour leur gentillesse. Het is een perfect hotel met een goede keuken. Voor de deur komen ferrys voor met de boot trips te maken naar andere plaatsen aan het meer. Het is ook een prachtige omgeving, waar men heerlijk tot rust kan komen. Absoluut een aanrader!! |

Une situation magnifique au bord du Lac Majeur, un excellent accueil, (les hotes parlent au moins trois langues couramment: italien-français- allemand), la tranquilité (beaucoup moins de monde qu'à Ascona par exemple, qui est tout près et facile d'accès en voiture). Les chambres terrasse avec vue sur le lac sont un peu chères, mais valent vraiment le coup de faire un petit effort...... Vous ne regretterez pas. Carte du restaurant très abordable. Bonne cuisine. Une piscine avec terrasse très agréable..... |

Die Lage am See ist sehr beeindruckend und ideal für weitere Touren. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ebenso die Hotelleitung. Erwähnenswert ist auch die Hotelterrasse mit dem schönen Pool und den Liegestühlen. Es ist etwas ringhörig und die Kirchenglocken hinter dem Hotel sind sicher auch nicht für jedermann. Die Hotelküche ist etwas teuer und wird von den nahe liegenden Restaurants bezüglich Preis und Qualität überboten. |
