Hotel is spacious and clean; staffs are friendly. We had a fantastic stay.

breakfast is excellent, with a very wide variety and a good quality one, the staff in the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. And somehow we get a free wifi:)

Le moevenpick de Reggensdorf Excelent and brand new hotel about 8 miles from the Airport Do not even try to reach with gps it's not on the Grid yet (take a nearby address to end up close). Paid us $ 75.00 on night from 17 to 18th of Feb. , 2013 Extremely nice front desk, did not have breakfast, shuttle to the airport is so so, starting at @ 05:30 and ending around 23:00 but scarcely once an hour service. Internet was included in the price but parking on premises was SFRs 16.00 At least a 4 out of 5, more if it wasn't so remotely located both from Airport and Downtown.

Comfortable and clean rooms, functional yet warm.reception staff friendly and excellent-drink on arrival a hit! Nothing to complain about. Good value for money! 10/10

Excellent food in the Italian restaurant. Very good service in hotel bar. Easy access from the airport via their shuttle bus. Very friendly staff.

it's quite and 15 minutes from the city..and very good for family.. just near the door shopping mall >>and the stuff very kind even when you want something and my doghter was sick and they take appointment for nearest clinic >>becouse the hospital in the city and it's far away >>so in general i will return to this hotel again with my family>>

when i stay in first day they not clean it well and i asked for cleaning well and second day same thing >>untill they clean it very very well :) and for breakfast one lady very rude with us (old lady) she dont speak english with us >>but for other guest she soke english very well !!!!

It is excelent hotel for the one who want to visit different regions of switzerland, staff are friendly, rooms are big and clean, beds are wide and comfortable. The mall beside the hotel give it good advantage.

No free wi-fi service,

As a "tourist" and previously visitor of this hotel I know more or less what to expect. If you know what you want f a hotel some things don't matter. And in my case I have stayed here 3 times and know my way around so a survey is not really relevant

Hotel staff changes regular.So the biggest "issues" for these hotels is to keep suffiecient confident staff. And that is today a big issue.

Hotel staff and nice room

Arrived late from a flight at 10.30pm , the bar was still open, the bar food menu was very comprehensive and still open so could get a late drink & meal before bed, and the staff were courteous and very efficient. Rooms large, clean & featured Nespresso machine so before leaving in the morning I could get coffee in the room. Nice touches like complimentary mineral water and fruit for travellers leaving the hotel on checkout are rare these days and add that extra class to the Moevenpick experience. I stay in hotels all over the world , every week, from Ritz Carlton to Hilton Gardens, & can confidently say that Moevenpick are in the top league for value ....this hotel chain in Switzerland deserves much wider recognition...and this one, 5 mins from Zurich airport is superb...top marks

Hotelzimmer sehr geräumig und die Betten gross und bequem. Einrichtung geschmacksvoll und angenehm. Lage des Hotels mit Auto ideal (Tiefgarage) für Besuch Stadt Zürich.

WiFi sollte gratis sein in der heutigen Zeit.

Cafe da manha e uso internet caro.... O aquecimento nao funcionou muito bem...
