Dat er honden in het restaurant worden toegelaten dat is onaccetabel

Goed gelegen, nabij treinstation vanwaar je in 20 min in hartje Zürich uitkomt. Mooie, schone en rustige kamers. Let wel op: het ligt in de wijk Regensdorf en niet in hartje Zürich zelf zoals wij per abuis uit de advertentie opmaakten.

Vriendelijk personeel, zeer schone kamer.

Badkamer had iets groter gemogen.

Nice hotell - well refurbished. However extremely irritating when you pay 175 € per night for a room, then they "have to" add 13 € for the parking, 2 € extra for local tax, Wireless in the room add on 15 € and if you want breakfast...add 30+ €. Would they know any business visitor, that does not have a car to park, need to use the wireless to work and actually have to eat before he/she goes to work? Pathetic!

The hotel itself is beautiful , free apples at reception make my day , the resturants have delecious food and a great view on the garden , the rooms are nice and big the best decoration of rooms I ever seen and the bathroom is fully equiped , I would reommend this hotel to everybody

The only this a would write here is the position of the hotel , I spent 2 hours searching for it without a full navigator ofcourse, so its not at all close to city center , the parking is 15 chf / day

Hotel was recently renovated, so rooms were comfortable and fresh. Free internet usage in the business centre was great. **

Rooms were quite dark, even with the lights on. ** time limit for usage of internet may be helpful. Most guests respectfully check emails, and perhaps carry out important banking etc., but not all guests are so conscientious. Therefore, perhaps 15 or 20 minutes when other guest are waiting would be a good thing. More signs from the Metro would also be great. We went left, but should have gone right at the fork in the road .. minutes added to the journey dragging bags and children seem like hours.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed with in terms of rate, comfort and location. Although not central in the city of Zurich, the train ride is about 20 mins away and the hotel is a 10 min walk. A lovely new, clean hotel which accommodated all 4 of us with 2 teenagers. Most others will charge you extra for older kids. Movenpick ice-cream was offered to us at check in. Internet is free but no complimentary breakfast. The hotel restaurant is one of the best and the hotel is attached to a mall with groceries. Also, the hotel provided shuttle to the airport which is a big plus.

I was very happy with all aspects of the hotel.

Big and clean room, good restaurant, I love its Spaghetti in Ciao Restaurant. The receptionists have good English.

It is far from Zurich Airport and city center. The worst thing is when we check out, the price is different from the price which showed in Booking. It is much higher.

The staff was very frendly and helpfull. The room was large, very comfortable and clean. The shattle service was great. Breakfast and parking charges were a little bit expensive. Ideal location for visiting Zurich and the surroundings. I would certainly recomend this hotel.
