Personeel is hoffelijk en probeert het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken, zelfs als het even tegenzit. Gratis vervoer van en naar luchthaven is goed geregeld en scheelt een hoop geld, taxi kost ca. 60 Sfr.

Op boekingspagina is niet duidelijk dat het "binnenzwembad en buitenzwembad" deel uitmaakt van het welness centrum, waarvoor 22 Sfr. per persoon entree moet worden betaald en dat pas vanaf 16 jaar toegankelijk is. Dus voor onze kids van 12 en 14 was dit een grote teleurstelling. Booking.com is dit net zo goed aan te rekenen als het hotel!

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel and for sure it will be my first option in my coming trips to zurich .The staff all were the best.

The only problem is that the bed sheets normaly should be changed on the second morning you leave the room to be cleaned which was not.It would also be good to have rooms and breakfast included reasonable prices when people are trying to book

The room was big and I liked it a lot, well equiped and the hotel feeled fresh new.

Hotel does not have power adapters for travelers not from ch.

Staff some of the best we have met, we were each offered a bottle of water (there were 4 of us) on leaving which was a nice touch. Good car park. There was a good shopping center next door which could suply all our needs including clothing repairs.

Breakfast expensive, so we had breakfast at shopping centre next door.

Hotel was recently renovated, so rooms were comfortable and fresh. Free internet usage in the business centre was great. **

Rooms were quite dark, even with the lights on. ** time limit for usage of internet may be helpful. Most guests respectfully check emails, and perhaps carry out important banking etc., but not all guests are so conscientious. Therefore, perhaps 15 or 20 minutes when other guest are waiting would be a good thing. More signs from the Metro would also be great. We went left, but should have gone right at the fork in the road .. minutes added to the journey dragging bags and children seem like hours.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed with in terms of rate, comfort and location. Although not central in the city of Zurich, the train ride is about 20 mins away and the hotel is a 10 min walk. A lovely new, clean hotel which accommodated all 4 of us with 2 teenagers. Most others will charge you extra for older kids. Movenpick ice-cream was offered to us at check in. Internet is free but no complimentary breakfast. The hotel restaurant is one of the best and the hotel is attached to a mall with groceries. Also, the hotel provided shuttle to the airport which is a big plus.

This is really a nice business hotel but we used it for romance. It is very central in Regensdorf, shopping close by and there are some nice walks around towards Katzensee through the woods. The service was very firendly. For us it was good value, but I think we got a good in the summer holidays when there was little business activity.

Lack of transport from the airport between 3-6 in the afternoon.

The room had all the comforts, was very clean and well appointed. The restaurant food was excellent including the choice in the breakfast buffet

The prices are very high.

I loved the sleeping experience. They have put a lot of effort in making the sleeping experience comfortable. I went to Movenpick just as I arrived at Zurich to stay for just 6hrs before my flight to Geneva. All I needed was a comfort & it was very well delivered by Movenpick.
