A member of “Leading Hotels of the World”, the 5-star Mont Cervin Palace was opened in 1851. It is situated in the heart of Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station. You can find relaxation in the pool and in the 1,700 m² wellness and spa area and indulge in a wide range of beauty treatments. Most of the guest rooms are facing south and have a balcony or a patio with views of the Matterhorn. A few of the junior suites and suites come with a hot tub or an open fireplace. Wireless internet is available in all rooms free of charge. A rich breakfast buffet and an exquisite à-la-carte dinner are served every day. At the Grill Le Cervin meat and fish are prepared on the charcoal grill. At the weekly gala dinners in the hotel restaurant (in winter), a jacket and tie are required (smart casual). I liked everything apart from one of our rooms opened up towards town centre and at night it could be quite noisy. If you ski in Sunnega it's a bit far especially if you are carrying skis.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at Petite Cervine, which was beautiful. We had a suite with connecting door to a double bed room. Convenient for a family. Luxurious! Perfect location in the village. I would have preferred a separate room for skies and boots. The room looked more like a common area before you enter the ski rental shop. Small lockers only.

Elegant, comfortable, excellent service. The spa is astronomical (a manicure was $135.)and the food was just Olk.( breakfast great, Italian food marvelous but main dinner restauanr, fair) After saying that I would go back again, just adjust accordingly.

Great spa, great breakfast, friendly staff Spa hours of 12-8 make it tought to do day activities and enjoy spa; service follow up spotty (asked for pillows which never came, wine glasses removed and not replaced) for hotel of this cost/rating; room promoted with Matterhorn view, obscure view at best

-Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Reception -Schönes Zimmer -Willkommens- und Abschiedspräsente Die warmen Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet lassen in Sachen Geschmack und Darbietung bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie zu wünschen übrig. Andere Hotels dieser Kategorie bereiten die Eierspeisen frisch zu. Wir wurden beim Check-In gefragt, ob wir eine Zeitung auf unser Zimmer wünschen und fanden es etwas kleinlich, dass diese schlussendlich auf der Rechnung stand.

Es war nicht Mont Cervin Palace, sondern Petit Mont Cervin - Nebengebäude von Mont Cervin Palace. Dieses war viel intimer als Palace, das hat uns gefallen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Ein sehr schönes, zentrales Hotel. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wunderschöne Juniorsuiten mit super Matterhornblick. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
