A svájci viszonylatban nem túl drága szállás személyzete kedves, készséges volt. Vacsora után a kedves teremfőnök odajött az asztalhoz megkérdezni, hogy meg vagyunk-e elégedve. A reggeli bőséges, a választék nagy. A parkolást is profin megoldották. A kilátás pedig fantasztikus.

Breakfast is wonderful, unit is clean and surrounded by snow mountains, restaurant serve excellent meal, gateway to zermatt serve by shuttle train.

Unit without kettle a little big unconvinent since my family need boil water for drinking and beverage.

Friendly staff. Good hospitality. Complimentary parking in a garage. Good value. Cheap and picturesque option compared to staying in Zermatt itself. Option for Nordic skiing available right outside the hotel.

Outside the train timings catered for ski-enthusiasts in the mornings and evenings, which the train stops right beside the hotel, the Tasch train station (to get to Zermatt) is quite a walk away.

Quiet place instead of a noisy and crowdy Zermatt (well, who looks for what, of course ;)). Direct train to Zermatt only 2min walk from the Hotel. Big terrace (balcony) with a great mountain view. Clean and cosy rooms. Sauna with pool after ski.

No negative moments. Perfect choise for these money.

the room was extremely comfortable the staff was super nice and accomodating its on the end of town so it has a great view north breakfast was awesome

i wished the shower head were mounted to the wall for hands-free showering

We had a studio which was very nice. It has a large balcony with view over the valley and was very clean and comfortable. Good TV and sound system with iPod Dock. Kitchen facilities although they charge you 35CHF if you want to cook something. Beds were very comfy - had a great sleep!

The pool was closed and the sauna only opened on request. Called reception 8x in one hour without anyone picking up!

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with plenty of room, huge kitchen, and a great view of the mountains. Enough sleeping accommodation for 6 people. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Great value for the money in comparison to other hotels in the area. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Very friendly and helpful owners, great breakfast. Apartment facilities very useful. Great view of the mountains. Wi-fi worked well mostly, which is saying something from my experiences traveling all around UK and many parts of Europe.

The owner is really nice, and services there are good. the scene of the hotel is beautiful and also there is a peaceful place to live in.

allmost nothing

it is not a hotel. you cannot reach your room easily. too many stairs and doors to get inside your room. our room had no mirror' poor light' no placw to put the luggage' no place in the bathroom to put what ever you need. breakfast was poor . the hotel has a restorant with very very expensive prices' even in the standart of switzerland

Secure parking and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly helpful. The studio flat was bigger than expected and well fitted out. Very good value for a longer stay in the Zermatt area and not as expensive as being in Zermatt itself.

Tasch is a dormitory for Zermatt plus the parking location. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the station.On arrival the hotel looks very dated but that is no reason to be put off. The deocr in the apratment was also dated but when done was to a very high swiss quality. Dinner was dissappointing. An excvellent salad with fresh herbs from the hotel but the main course was indifferent to poor. The breakfast was good

Pet friendly

It is a little bit cheaper compared to the other hotel in the region ,But in my opinion ,pay more and go somewhere else .

There are some studio rooms below the ground floor .These rooms are not suitable for guests and shall be changed to storage room or something else .

The apartment is cozy and spacious. The staff are nice and helpful. The location of the apartment is good and close to Täsch-Zermatt Terminal. It is value-for-money and a much better choice to stay up in Zermatt (as the hotels there are much expensive). It is most suitable for a family with children. We would have no reservation to recommend this aparthotel to others.

There is not in-apartment wifi, you have to go to public area to use wifi. It is a bit not so convenient but acceptable.

Nice and very clean room. View from room with a balcony is nice – to mountains. Very good buffet breakfast. Personal (owner) is helpful – carried on each guest during breakfast. Safe car parking (underground car parking). Our room was very space and with a kitchen (fridge, cooker and café maker). We liked. Excellent place for staying for travels who plan to go to Zermatt and walk in Gornergratt.

View from the room on the mountains, big terrace, equipped kitchen, which for additional 35chf per stay (not day) saves you a lot of money, as restaurants in Zermatt and Tasch are overpriced. Staff is very friendly and helpful, there is underground parking designated to each room - no additional fees, no reservation needed. And breakfast - we travel a lot and can compare - the restaurants serves one of the best buffet type breakfasts (in the price of a room) we experienced - eat as much as you want from variety of food and watch snowy peaks of Breithorn from the terrace..... There is an indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, small gym... We were absolutely satisfied - excellent ratio value for money.

Nothing. Maybe kitchen should be in the price of the hotel, as all apartments are equipped with it but that does not make any difference whether to use it or not - you use it unless you want to pay a fortune elsewhere ( and in Swiss restaurants value for money is quite low).

The cleaniness, space, facilities and view of the town and mountains. The breakfast was very good. We would stay here again.

If we had used the kitchen it would have been an additional cost. The internet access was only from the reception area..

Was very unimpressed to come back to the apartment mid afternoon to find cleaning staff and the permanent next door neighbors with their two young children having a lovely chat in our lounge room. Very poor form.

Eco-Friendly and kindness of all Staff.

we just stay for one night. everithing was great, dinner, breakfast, staff was very friendly, apartmant was big and clean. the trainstation to zermatt is realy close.

Staff in hotel/ restaurant was very friendly and gave us good tips on what to see and do while we were there.

Was a lovely relaxing stay and we have booked to go back for xmas holidays.
