Just perfect with great location

Concierge service is really not upto to the level of such a luxury hote.

Everything was working in the room properly. Parking valley and receptionist was extremly polite with us.

I have been told, that Harris bar is working until the last client, nevertheless our waiter closed casse 20 mins before official closing, which actually made me quite unhappy, because I asked him for a last cocktale, but it seemed that he was not in a good mood anymore and he asked us to leave.

I have stayed at the Montreux Palace many times and unfortunately when reserving via booking.com you miss out on certain things, such as the welcome chocolates, water and personalised welcome note! It's a shame that the hotel makes a distinction between guests based on reservation method! They also seem to allocate the better rooms if you book via their reservation office. Disappointing!

Everything was totally perfect! Great atmosphere, great food, cool bar next door. The swimming pool was very nice too.

The hotel is very impressive and the location is excellent - everything is within walking distance.

The rooms were much smaller than the photographs advertised. We booked for two adults and two children and we're left quite cramped with my son having o sleep on the mattress out of the travel cot on the floor. We were also very dissappointed with the spa facilities they were one of the main reasons we booked the hotel but unfortunately no one thought to mention that children were only allowed in between set times, we found this out when we all headed down with our swimming stuff on!! A big let down for all concerned. They staff felt I should have been aware of their policies?? I dont think this hotel is suitable for families travelling with children.

Everything was splendid, just like ten years ago when we first stayed at the Montreux Palace.

Its a pity "Jaan" seems to be closed long ago. It was an outstanding restaurant.

The staff tried their best at all times to accommodate my requests, most importantly my early check in request.

I think they should be more observant and responsive to returning guests to make them feel welcome and special. (a gift in the room or welcome back note from the manager etc)

Elegant and old-world class.

Some prices are absolutely ridiculous. The cost for room service was just silly. As a frequent traveler, I was so appalled that I checked out and bought croissants down the street rather than buy breakfast there.

1. The staff's individual attention to you and attention to details. 2. Breakfast was excellent. 3. Super fast internet in all the rooms. 4. Discount cards for attractions nearby, for example to the castle, for the ship cruise etc. 5. Nespresso machines in each room with cartridges. 6. We requested a baby cot, they gave that and toys/toiletries for the little one.

1. Even though the occupancy was way low than the average, they didn't give us the lake view room, yet the room they gave was huge.

The internet service expires everyday. Spa prices are high. Breakfast is not included. Reception and Concierge are not guest friendly.

Great location 5 minutes walk from station. Good size corridors leading to good size room. Spa and pool (in and out) facilities were very good. Luxury brand and feel to hotel. Would stay again at.

Amazing hotel, we were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel prepared for us complimentary cake with personalized wishes, very attentive staff, perfect spa with divided men - women zones, breathtaking view of the lake from rooms, delicious breakfast! We will definitely come again

The lake/mountain view from the room is fantastic!

The TV service was intermittent. No kettle provided - had to get hot water from the coffee maker (which has a coffee smell) to make milk for my toddler. I'm disappointed that my requests through booking.com (for connecting rooms and late checkout) were not communicated to the hotel staff.

It's a very elegant and charming hotel. Guest facilities are comparable with the best in the world. Lakeside rooms have very nice views. The indoor pool is superb. We also liked the in-room coffee maker, with a great selection of gourmet coffees.

At check-in, my Visa card was charged for the entire stay, plus chf 200 per day of stay, without my approval. I must say I found this very surprising. If this is a standard hotel policy, guests should be specifically informed about this, prior to booking. At checkout, my Credit Card was billed twice, and I now need to sort the matter with the Hotel and my Bank.
