I like the gym and the spa. Overpriced for the service provided and size of the rooms, more charges for the brand than for anything else. Not child friendly. Staff is polite but snobbish. |

The hotel is amazing, the pool, sauna's, steam rooms, the entire water area is wicked. I ordered room service cause I was exhausted and the spagetti was not good at all. It really was the only thing that wasn't great about the hotel. |

The location of the hotel is in the middle of the Montreux mainstreet and it was easy to reach the main shopping area, lakeside, public transportation (bus and train station on foot) |

The hotel oozed quality and refinement, the staff were very professional and accommodating, particularly Emi on reception! Nothing at all to say - it was impeccable! |

Everything - we were really pampered. The food was excellent and all staff went out of their way to look after us. It was exceptionally clean and smart. Not really - it's pricey - but you get what you pay for. |

The staff, without exception, were very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The hotel was under going some refurbishment which detracted from an otherwise good stay - but hotels need refurbishment some time! |

The Spa! The view and the friendliness and attentivness of the staff. Checked in alone for a spa day and a movie night with dinner in my room and the movies did not work and there was no technician. Very disappointing!! |

По прибытии в отель забронированный нами номер с видом на горы был бесплатно заменен на номер с видом на море, большего размера к тому же - в только что отремонтированной части отеля. Девушка на reception вежливо сообщила нам, что отель всегда рад предоставить более дорогой номер для гостей, если есть такая возможность. Стоит ли говорить, что такая встреча была очень приятной. Мы провели в отеле 3 ночи, понравилось все. Завтрак был с хорошим выбором блюд, продукты свежие и качественные. Персонал вежливый (правда, неторопливый) и приветливый, номера чистые. Дорогое постельное белье и все необходимое в ванной. Ну а вид из номера на Женевское озеро и горы - это просто волшебно! Самый красивый отель в этом городе. По сути, только мелочи. Относительно спа: Выход из бассейна в сад был закрыт (все же, октябрь) - жаль, было бы приятно полежать на лежаке на свежем воздухе после сауны. Кроме того, в женской части спа не работала парная хаммам, только финская сауна. В помещениях спа зоны абсолютно отсутствовали спа-аксессуары (свечи, свежие цветы, спокойная музыка).ТВ: ни одного канала на русском языке и только два на английском. Правда, за доп.плату можно было выбрать два фильма и один мультфильм на русском языке. |

lo stile molto raffinato e un po' decadente. ma sux efficiente. il fatto che non ci sia la connessione wireless per i clienti, se non a pagamento. |

El edificio, la localización y las instalaciones. Hice un upgrade directamente con el hotel para una havitación con vistas al lago, y la habitación tenía solo vistas parciales, en un lateral, no era vista frontal. No es lo que esperaba. También creo que falta algýun restaurant distinto, la carta de los 3 disponibles era casi idéntica. |
