Very responsive and helpful staff to my questions. The service to the RR was much appreciated. Room was comfortable (though the heating by the electrical heater in the bathroom was too hot and I had to open the window to keep the room comfortable for sleeping) See the heating note above. |

1) excellent, helpful and very friendly staff, 2) excellent cousine and service in the restaurant, 3) recreation area, 4) location rooms are quite small, but we were lucky with whether, and did not spend that much time indoors. |

Mir hat die Architektur (Neu-, Altbau, intergration in der Bergwelt) gefallen. Das Putzpersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Brunchbuffe überdurchschnittlich grosszügig. Ich wurde an der Reception und im Restaurant nicht so freundlich und professionel begrüsst und behandelt wie ich es mir von anderen Hotels gewohnt bin. |

Die gute Lage im Herzen von Davos und die Nähe zur Eishalle. Besuch war anlässlich Spengler Cup. Unverständlich, weshalb eine Türe die sich im Verbindungsgang zu den Zimmern befindet, eine fehlerhafte Türbremse hat. Morgens um sechs knallte sie deshalb um die 10mal, was der Erholung nicht sonderlich hilfreich war. |
