Comfortable rooms close to Gottardo tunnel, 24/7 check-in/out, lots of own parking space. This could be a great hotel for the price if there was more attention to some details: Room was cold and didn't get warm after 5 hours of heating, maybe broken. Shower fixture broken. Hot water took ages to reach room. No internet in the rooms! (This is 4th time; previously the story was there was a temporary problem; this time receptionist admitted that only in the lounge and some rooms near it there was wireless signal; booking.com should change the text of the description accordingly. |

Excellent location, close to main route to Italy. Good car parking facilities. Rooms simple but very clean. Air conditioning was not working during both our recent visits to the hotel. |

A great value for money find along the highway after Gottardo. Appears to have been fully renovated recently and was absolutely spick & span ! Unstable access to the Wireless LAN in the rooms, as adviced by the reception staff. Also the staff's apparent lack of knowledge what is included in a "half-board" package ! |

I would have to say the correct work is "small" for the resturant rather then cosy also it has a very limited menu but I am sure most people only stay one night so that should not be a problem. |

Exceptional quality for hotel standard in Switzerland! Clean, nice size hotel room, friendly staff, close to freeway but quite Couldn't get free WiFi to work and had to hook up to WiFi of close-by truck stop, which came with added cost, no tech service available to help with WiFi |

Ontzettende hartelijke ontvangst, zowel bij de receptie als aan de bar, ondanks dat we om 23.30 uur aankwamen. De bar was nog open, zodat we even konden bijkomen van de Italiaanse bestuurders op drukke en smalle snelwegen. De kamer is ruim, zeer goede bedden en goede badkamer. Het ontbijt is ruim voldoende, alleen bevindt deze zich in de grote hal. De ruimte is hoog en zeer groot, waardoor het niet zo gezellig zit. |

We kwamen 's avonds om 21:30u aan. Gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen. Geen moeilijk gedoe, binnen korte tijd is alles in orde en heb je de sleutel van de verzorgde en nette kamer. Drankjes worden zonder probleem op de rekening bijgeschreven. Hadden 's morgens uitzicht op de bergen en de parkeerplaats. Hebben er prettig geslapen en zijn uitgerust verder gereist. Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar volstaat zeker als je niet teveel luxe verwacht. |

Prima hotel, voorzieningen en prettig geholpen. Alleen was de boeking via booking.com niet doorgekomen. Maar ze boden direct een kamer aan. Een campingbedje werd direct en zonder kosten geplaatst. |

Dicht bij snelweg. Gelijk na de Gotthard tunnel. Ideaal om als tussenstop te verblijven. Zit een restaurant bij met eenvoudige maaltijden op het menu. Ontbijt was prima zoals je mag verwachten bij 3 sterren. Geen klachten maar ook geen overweldigende ervaring. |
