Good restaurant and spa. Checking in and out is an horrible experience: computer system obviously can be much better, personnel is not friendly and not interested, accepting telephone calls while they are talking to you. |

Convenience to the airport and expo centre. Regular shuttle to the expo and airport conecting to the city by train. Old rooms but comfortable bed and bedding. |

convenient to airport, quick and efficient shuttle service. quiet room,nice bedding and towels great breakfast the staff did not seem knowledgable about helping us go into the city and get to sites and restaurants. they gave us a free train ticket, but no other info was available in the hotel. we went into the city by train and were lost once off the train, wondering into a somewhat unsafe feeling area. |

Localisation- just 3 minuts from airport, free shutel airport-hotel every 20 min.nice, modern and tastefull room. quiet although so close to airport, japan restaurant (sahimi 15p. + soft drincs ab. 60E), free tickets for Geneva public transport, Wery convinient for Geneva visiting- 3 min, shuttel to airport then 5 min by train do the center. we have no complains, we stayed there just for the one night, from riday to saturday having promotional price 180 CHF for double room without breakfest. Stay was absolutelly priceworth, |

Comfortable room,kids fiendly and the close location to airport/railway station.Room service was excellent.The regular shuttle service to airport is very helpful to tourists The food was very expensive.Tourist information service within the hotel needs complete revamping.We struggled to get useful information,infact received contradictory info from different hotel staff. |

very easy to get to/from the airport and train station. The shuttle was very punctual. Water pressure in the shower was amazing!! we ordered room service the first night we arrived: 2 caesar salads. The salads that arrived did not have the bacon or croutons that were in the menu description. The salad instead was lettuce, capers and parmesan, with a small jug of dressing to share. On a positive note, the lettuce was very fresh and crisp. |
