I had to pay 999 Euros for a one night stay at the hotel and the room was only a double bed!!!! It was a major rip off!! I would not stay there again, ever. |

Hotel was comfortable but minimal. The staff at the front dest were not customer centrix. I arrived late into the airport at 23:50 due to a late arrival from Zurich. They catered to the flight crews on late arrival but not clients. I was told by a staff member who answered the service phone that shuttle busses stopped. No where in the airport or hotel info does it state that shuttle bus service stops at 23:40. I was told to take a taxi. I had an unhappy taxi driver because it was a short haul, not city run. When I arrived and explained the situation your customer service manager simply said there was nothing to do! This was an unsatisfactory response. I suffered becasue there is no posted information on shuttle cut off times. Had I known, I could have called ahead. Unsat |

Restaurants including Japanese very good On the booking.com system we were not able to pay in advance (which we needed to do as using a business card). We did do this directly with the hotel but they had a lot of problem when we got there and also when we checked out with the fact that we had also booked and prepaid breakfast in advance. This did not seem to come up clearly on their computer system. |

The hotel was not as advertised. I was told this was a 5 star hotel and not sure whose standards applyed, however it was not as nice as any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed. Perhaps a 2-3 star hotel would be more appropriate. |

the Japanese restaurant was amazing the staff was very friendly the rooms are not a 5 star hotel room, some have a strong smell of paint the hotel is being upgraded and the noise from refurbishing is very loud |

The hotel was being refurbished. I was not warned of this at the time of booking.The noise made it impossible to rest for 6 of the hours that I was there. The room which was nowhere near as comfortable as advertised was located right next to the staircase to the executive offices, every single footstep on the staircase reverberates throughout the room. I asked to be moved but was rudely told that there was no other room available. This was untrue.The desk staff had minimal local knowledge and gave us the wrong directions to our dinner location. The parking facilities were in chaos and I was consequently severely dekayed and overcharged. In all Movenpick may rest assured that they have good rpospects for winning the Worst Hotel of the Year . |

Good restaurant and spa. Checking in and out is an horrible experience: computer system obviously can be much better, personnel is not friendly and not interested, accepting telephone calls while they are talking to you. |

convenient to airport, quick and efficient shuttle service. quiet room,nice bedding and towels great breakfast the staff did not seem knowledgable about helping us go into the city and get to sites and restaurants. they gave us a free train ticket, but no other info was available in the hotel. we went into the city by train and were lost once off the train, wondering into a somewhat unsafe feeling area. |
