The room not fitted out, as per what you would expect of a Deluxe room in that sort of price range: - no iron / no trouser press / absolutely no bathroom body and bath care products except cheap mid-range hand and body soap cylinders fixed upon walls / a little confused and not focused staff in the restaurant.

Quiet and clean. Close to the subway. The hotel provided free public transport cards for adults only. Small underground parking for 28CHF/day.

Breakfast was so expensive that we decided not to eat there. Fortunately, there's a small grocery store next to the hotel were we could find what we needed for a lot cheaper. We were told that we would get a room with a big bed and an extra bed for a child but instead we got two medium beds (140cm) which made it a little tight for two adults.

Very easy access from Ouchy metro station and conveniently located by the lake. We made two separate reservations in order to get a weekend discount (both garden view room), and receptionist couldn't find a room where we could spend three nights. To avoid having us check out and check in to a different room on the second day, he upgraded our room to lake view without any extra charge, which was very generous and thoughtful. There was a triathlon event on the weekend we stayed (which we didn't know) and the hotel was packed with athletes. We enjoyed the view of the lake very much, and it was exciting to see athletes running and biking from our room. We stayed in mid-late August, and it was quite hot (30c) so the room with A/C was very nice.

There was a computer with internet connection for free by the reception desk but it was always occupied and we never had a chance to use it during my 3 nights stay there. However, we had our laptop with us and we could hook up to their cable connection, also for free. There were three cables and except for one night, they were always available. The breakfast buffet, which was pretty good, was very expensive. 32CHF per person! We could hear people talking past midnight and we could also hear some traffic at night and early morning (even with the window closed), but we didn't mind that at all since we were exhausted from our daytime activities!

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly overall. Love the location.

Unfortunately, the first room we were provided with had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in it, surprising since this is a non-smoking hotel. To their credit, the staff were quick to assign another room.

It is a modern hotel with good amenties and air conditioning which is hard to find in Switzerland.

The noise from the music in the square across the street is hideous. If you plan to be there on a weekend don't request a lake view room. It will drive you crazy until 2 a.m.

the location was excellent -- right across the street from the lake, just down the street from a little supermarket, and just a few steps away from the metro and bus stops

I was charged for a full breakfast on our last day, which we didn't have.

Great location on the water-front and quite close to the Metro station. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Good, comfortable, well equiped and fairly spacious rooms.

The position was ideal from my point of view in that I wanted to catch the boat to Evian. The room was excellent but the duvets were more for winter than summer. Also, at a time when so many hotels still offer free internet connects, it does leave a bad taste when one has to pay seven CHF per hour. Links downstairs in something of a cupboard and too busy too often.

Good location opposite the lake with views from Deluxe rooms (I upgraded to Deluxe with hotel directly), good selection at breakfast.

Small size for a Deluxe room, somewhat obstructed view because of the awning above window, water pressure in the shower not strong enough (we like power showers). Breakfast should be included with Deluxe room for the price they want.
