Si la colazione troppo cara!!!

Qualità e struttura vicina a quella di un 5 stelle. Personale squisito. Camera modernissima e impeccabile. Ho apprezzato in particolare la telefonata in camera dello staff per sapere se tutto era ok, e lo era. Ristorante à la carte di ottima qualità a prezzo relativamente ragionevole.

internet a pagamento e troppo caro. Difficile la sosta per scaricare i bagagli a meno di andare direttamente nel garage, che è un pò piccolo.

This hotel is just great! Swiss Hospitality is impressive as well the hotel cleanness and comfort. Located just in front of the lake with superb views, 500m away from the Olympic Museum and 1 minute away from the metro station, the hotel was one of my best choices during my last trip to europe. The staff is amazingly helpful and always willing to help you and make you comfortable.

The price is a bit high for this hotel range, but I guess this is the Swiss standard. You pay for what you get it. After staying there you will not regret the extra money you've put in.

We traveled with our 9 months baby and there was nothing wrong with the hotel. Baby cot provided by the hotel was the same we use at home and very useful. The toy duct put on the baby pillow was a nice gesture: thanks to whoever put it there :) Clean, safe, good services, nice staff... Quickest check-in/out we have ever seen.

Internet: pricy, slow and the software interface probably not working properly...

Location is beautiful.

Too expensive for a deluxe room that is really just a standard room!

There was no facility to obtain an Express Breakfast at a reasonable price like a a number of your competitors offer.

Hotel was in a great position on the lake.Easy to move around on foot with light rail station down the road.

Very good facilities, especially the fitness center, clean, very polite and efficient staff and superb location.

Our so called garden room looked out to a terrace, which is nothing other than a building site at present. There were no problems with noise, however the hotel would have to do some serious work to be able to justify the term "garden view" they use.

The location was excellent and it was reasonably priced for switzerland . Staff where very professional yet friendly and efficient

Location, easy to get to town n other main city transport. Unfortunately the hotel is going through extensive building extension on the north wing so noisy with building work. The business centre is non existence ( very poor) . The gym has no air condition, no ventilation ( at 34 degree it's like an oven). Hotel restaurant food is very expensive n food is not good. Room is fair size for a standard room but bad lighting so it's difficult for reading

My booking was supposed to be garden view. After 2 hrs wait for the room to be cleaned I discovered that Im actually looking out onto a roofing with loads of building materials n builders.
