The staff was welcoming. The room was pleasant. The elevators were extremely prompt when called. The location is of course wonderful, right on the lakeside and near to the Metro. The breakfast was much too expensive. I always went elsewhere for breakfast. |

Location was ideal ... close to water ... close to Metro to get you where you wanted to go fast! An older hotel - in need of a complete new look in my opinion! Although some things updated in room ... other things looked over-used! Of course, they charge an increased amount for their breakfast as well. |

I booked lake view room, and because it was my honeymoon trip, they upgraded it to a corner lake view suite for free. Very nice hotel, nice view, nice location, friendly and helpful staff. |

location on lake even though on the 7th floor the road at the front was very noisey from 5am,we would have liked to be informed of this as we would have changed to a back room |

The location is very good. The restaurant is very good. The price was ridiculous. Overall the ambience was rather cool and impersonal. But both of these things are somewhat normal in Swiss hotels. |

i liked the lake view from the room which gave it a resort feel. other wise room is small though decent enough for 2 adults. we were travelling with a baby and a baby cot was provided. parking is 26 chf a day..the lake promenade is just outside the hotel and the metro is 100m away. the hotel gives a free travel card.. |

Efficiency of staff, size of room, position, access to public transport, proximity to lake. A wider range of English language TV apart from news channels would be good as would free internet access in rooms. |

It was so hot that week and we wanted air conditioning. The hotel has a great view and the location is superb...pleanty of shopping, restaurants and the beach is across the street. |

The view and the location were very nice! They tried to give us a room with a Double bed, when we reserved a "twin room" with 2 beds. It took a lot of insisting that we needed 2 beds and not a cot but the staff was very helpful and we got a room with 2 twin beds in the end! |

location is excellent. walking distance to bus, metro, shopping center, restaurants, next to Leman Lake. We could fit 2 adults and 3 children very comfortably in the room. first room smelt strongly of cigarette, and the new room took almost an hour to be ready, but afterward everything was great. |

It is not the nicest building from the outside, but it suits its guests with a little more comfort and the quality you expect from this hotel chain. I have never been disappointed by them so far. |

The location of the hotel was nice. Different restaurants within the hotel. Be aware when you request a twin room, nothing garantuees that you'll get one, even when you put it in the comments during the booking. Finally got another twin room, but without the requested view on the lake and after a lot of discussion received as compensation only a voucher for a soda or beer at the bar. |

The location and the room cleanliness yes firstly: the bar on the lobby is giving bad smell for the lobby of the hotel.............. secondly: .... the front desk team who was working at that time ( 9 pm Swiss Time ) on 16 July 2009 was really rude and they did not even try to find a solution for my problem ... Another problem is your website .... it is really hard to request a twin bed ... because the room type which was offered was like this ( double/twin room ) !!!!! it is not clear ... i wanted a twin bed and at the hotel they gave me double bed which was disappointing. all other things were ok |

Friendly staff, helpful on questions. Room/facilities were clean and in ok shape, although I expected a bit more modern room interior. Lake view is excellent. Good hotel. |
