Great location on the water-front and quite close to the Metro station. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Good, comfortable, well equiped and fairly spacious rooms. |

Great location. Good light, airy room with enough room for us and our two baby daughters. Very busy, vibrant foyer with cafe/bar integrated inside. Would definitely stay here again if every in Lausanne. |

The position was ideal from my point of view in that I wanted to catch the boat to Evian. The room was excellent but the duvets were more for winter than summer. Also, at a time when so many hotels still offer free internet connects, it does leave a bad taste when one has to pay seven CHF per hour. Links downstairs in something of a cupboard and too busy too often. |

Good location opposite the lake with views from Deluxe rooms (I upgraded to Deluxe with hotel directly), good selection at breakfast. Small size for a Deluxe room, somewhat obstructed view because of the awning above window, water pressure in the shower not strong enough (we like power showers). Breakfast should be included with Deluxe room for the price they want. |

I thought it was expensive however the room was well appointed. Staff were helpful and spoke english. I did not like people smoking at the front door, I found it offensive as it was the first encounter with the hotel I felt it was an inappropriate place for smokers, they could have been further away from the main entrance. |

We appreciated the location, the friendly and efficient desk staff, and the view. We found the room to be very comfortable. The shower was small, there was an odour in the lobby which was unpleasant. We also noticed that it took 24 hours for someone to collect a dirty tray left in front of a room on our floor. |

The breakfast and the free usage of the computer at the1st floor. I asked the extra bed for my 7 year old daughter,but they didn't prepare it and tried to charge it at my check-out. The staff is not professional. |

It was a pleasure time. The breakfast was so good with some small birds flying in buffet breakfast. The prices was so high. I payed 320 Euro/night, but have to pay separately for breakfast! |

We were in Switzerland for 10 nights and stayed in 6 hotels. This was by far the worse hotel. The service was bad, we only ate one meal there since the restaurant staff were very rude. Also its the only hotel that charged $7.00 an hr. for internet service on our laptop. the other hotels it was free and unlimited use. I would not recommend the Movenpick to anyone. |

the hotel staff were so friendly and nice. the room that we stayed in was so perfect, clean and comfy. The food at the restaurant was delicious and good. There was some construction and it was noisy. |

Very good location, close to the Metro. Overlooking the lake and the mountains. Friendly staff at the reception. Free metro ticket to all public transport. No free parking space in hotel, had to park across the road in a public garage (which is cheaper by the way!!!). Welcome drink voucher apparently only valid at certain hours, complained and got it at apéro-time after all. Room was not very spacious for a deluxe room, actually very standard size. The breakfast buffet seemed rather overpriced. |
