I booked for a room with a lake view but the hotel is under ronevation and I couldn't see anything from my window so no point to pay for more for nothing to see

Location was perfect both for trips to nearby ski-resorts and for visits to Lausanne city-centre by metro. The restaurants were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The lake view was wonderful.

There was smell of recent paint in the room and my wife and child reacted with intense coughing to it, especially at night. Although I understand that there might have been restoration and rennovation works, they could have used odourless and eco-friendly paint. The problem was solved by opening a window (but this was not always possible, because of the cold weather).

This hotel is just great! Swiss Hospitality is impressive as well the hotel cleanness and comfort. Located just in front of the lake with superb views, 500m away from the Olympic Museum and 1 minute away from the metro station, the hotel was one of my best choices during my last trip to europe. The staff is amazingly helpful and always willing to help you and make you comfortable.

The price is a bit high for this hotel range, but I guess this is the Swiss standard. You pay for what you get it. After staying there you will not regret the extra money you've put in.

We traveled with our 9 months baby and there was nothing wrong with the hotel. Baby cot provided by the hotel was the same we use at home and very useful. The toy duct put on the baby pillow was a nice gesture: thanks to whoever put it there :) Clean, safe, good services, nice staff... Quickest check-in/out we have ever seen.

Internet: pricy, slow and the software interface probably not working properly...

The request for a extra bed was processed without any reconfirmation at hotel.

There was no pre notification about the down of water supply during midnight. I was washing my face and suddenly water stopped... They should know there was outage, but said they didnt know that...

The location of the hotel was perfect for boat trip to the other cities on the other side of the lake

Location, easy to get to town n other main city transport. Unfortunately the hotel is going through extensive building extension on the north wing so noisy with building work. The business centre is non existence ( very poor) . The gym has no air condition, no ventilation ( at 34 degree it's like an oven). Hotel restaurant food is very expensive n food is not good. Room is fair size for a standard room but bad lighting so it's difficult for reading

My booking was supposed to be garden view. After 2 hrs wait for the room to be cleaned I discovered that Im actually looking out onto a roofing with loads of building materials n builders.

The staff were very helpful. We paid extra for a lake view which was lovely. Really nice bathroom,

A bit overpriced for what it is. No free wifi for such an expensive hotel!! No Movenpick icecream on offer :(

It was very clean hotel, furniture is new, staff was very kind. But the price is so expensive. Something was very bad, that is you have to pay again for a lot of things like; breakfast, parking, internet, ...

The worst thing in travelling is that they ask you to pay for breakfast !!

After 8 days travelling through Belgium staying in Namur, Luxembourg, Molsheim, Riquewihr in the Alsace, Bern Hotel in Bern and then to the Movenpick the location by the lake was excellent location however the building work although necessary was disturbing.

Location, rooms are excellent and the fournture is new. Good staff

No Room Service after 11pm, they can not server water. No Parking you have to pay

The personel was very kind and helpful. There were some construction works nearby hotel and after we had complained about it we got upgaded room with a fantastic view on the lake Geneva. Also they lower the price of the room where we had experienced the noise. Beds very comfortable, rooms bright and clean, everything was good.

The reception was always very bussy. Breakfast too expensieve as most things in Switzerland..
