Location close to airport which suits me this time.

Comfort and clean

Liked the friendliness of the staff, the shuttle to the airport as we were able to get into the city very easily.

we only had a short stay there - but the service, the staff (with one exception!) was close to perfect! Rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable! The Bed, the shower and the interior are well maintained and looked after. Breakfast buffet was fresh and very rich. Swiss standards at their best - for a very reasonable price.

The only shadow: The manager of the breakfast room was unfriendly especially with the Asian guest. Very unfortunate!

Spent one night comig through Zurich. We always use this hotel in the circumstances. Very friendly staff, extremely confortable

Several of the people were friendly and helpful...the woman who served chocolates and the maitre 'de in the international restaurant. I liked the convenience to the airport.

It was very hard to get helpful info. The desk people were not helpful and friendly. There needs to be info available on how to turn on the lights in the room, that the international restaurant is really in the front of the space that is labeled "Dim Sum," and a map giving directions to the airport. The turn left, turn left, turn left, turn right doesn't work well. And they look at you as if to say, "Are you stupid?" Not good customer service? Needs to be more choices for "light foods" for weary travellers who would just like a small meal of some kind.

Since we are only spending overnight in Zurich I thought of choosing this hotel close to the airport and at a good price.

Clean room, wooden floor (not carpet in the room), good beds, very nice cot for the kid, good bathroom with a nice shover (not a built-in shover over my head), good noise insulation in the building, excellent service (incl. Transfer from and to the airport), nice and quick staff, good breakfast (we were lucky with the price of it as well - 40 years Movenpick offer), good price for the stay as well (some 86 Eu as far as I can remember), it was one of the best - maybe the best hotel- stay for us

The airport shuttle service every half an hour is very convenient and there is also a tram station callled Kloten berlsberg on no 12 route just behind the hotel

Hotel doesnt have a ac, so in may to july it may be little difficult

Very easy hotel to stay in and close to airport

We have always liked the Movenpick as it has been user friendly and clean. We live 4 months in Grachen CH. and it is easy to stay there before we leave to return home or go shopping.

Thank you for letting us stay with our cat. The room was nice, but very dusty. You need a little Kiosk so guests can by stuff without going to a store. That is about all.

Hotel was on list of tour company pick-up location & official hotel for Avalon waterways river cruise.

Room was to hot even with thermostat turned aa Ll way down.

Location and connection to the airport

Over-priced: you can tell that it has been refurbished from a much cheaper hotel - needs more work to be convincingly a Movenpick Wifi is expensive: not providing free wifi in a business hotel is like not providing towels, it is a hygiene factor, a basic need. Making customers pay for it after charging a high nightly rate is rude. 30 euros for breakfast? Really? Even in Swizerland this is ridiculous.
