Mövenpick Hotel Zurich Airport  

I have somaking room and when entire the room was bad smell due to no good ventilation been done. Internet is not free. As you know now internet is one of important thing for person special it airport hotel.

A bit overrated

Convenience to airport was great. Shuttle service was excellent. We dined in our room and the selection was good and meals excellent.

The air conditioning was not working correctly and the room was far too warm hence we did not get a very good night sleep. Had we stayed a second night we would have attempted to have this rectified.

5 stars , no aircondition in the room' only stories that we have aircondition ' but in the morning other lady told us that they know that the air condion isnt working. Y cant open the windoe because of the noise from the roads. You have to pay 245 swiss francs for the room, 26 sf for parking, you have to pay more than 30 sf for person for breakfast and dont forget to pay akso for wifi. This was my first and my last time in this hotel.

Very nice and soft beds. Clean. If you need to go to airport next morning and don't want wake up to early - it is good location. Good food in restaurants and you have to use them, because nothing else is around.

I think it is quite far from 5* hotels, nobody even take care about your luggage. If you plan to go to city - location is bad, nothing is around. It is good to stay only if vou need to go to or from airport.

Food over-priced

One of the most impressive aspects of the Mövenpick Hotel Zurich Airport are the people working at the reception. They have been wonderful. I thank them all and look forward to stay at the same hotel when I visit Zurich again.

This should not be taken as a complaint, however, to me it was a bit of insult to be asked for an interim payment while I was still residing at the hotel. I can understand the thinking behind the procedure, but it makes both the people at the reception to have to ask for it and also makes the hotel client a bit disturbed (at least, this was how I felt). Good hotel, fairly priced and with all required facilities.

Away from the city center, but not difficult to get there. A train goes directly to Hauptbahnhof (main train station) from the Balsburg station, which is a short walk from the hotel.

Very efficient. Easy to locate airport bus which ran on time. Friendly staff and easy check in. Dinner was good, a bit pricey but not unusual for Zurich. Check out was very efficient and wew were back at the airport promptly. Just what we needed.

Staff were very friendly, and hotel were nice with free shuttle bus from hotel.

Internet connection to room were very expensive and lack of information on credit or debit cart
