Service is excellent,the staff are a real team and try and do what they can. Extremely helpful. All was perfect, they need a pool!!

it provided shuttle between airport and hotel; 5 mins to the nearest train station, varities of different types of food. As a movenpick hotel, supposing the ice-cream should be provided 24 hours. However, it only available up to 23:00. So funny... it more looks like a 3.5 - 4 stars hotel.

Excellent experience. Large, extremely comfortable room and bathroom. Luxurious. Two large beds! AIrport shuttle was great! We arrived from Luzern on the train at the airport. Easily picked up the hotel shuttle there and were whisked to hotel 5 mins away. We then took it back to the airport to grab some dinner. Our booking did not include breakfast and breakfast was crazy expensive at the hotel but that was no problem. We had a morning flight out that morning so we just ate after we had checked in for that. This was the perfect hotel for anyone needing a place to stay before a flight out of Zurich airport.

Internet access quality is bad and not free. Shuttles availability is not good due to the trucks sizes and numbers. The noise in the rooms coming from the highways is not isolated and annoying.

It is the first time, and I stayed many times at the hotel, that the mattress was not good (room 618). I could not sleep. It is very unusual at your hotel.

Friendly staff. Very good restaurant. The gym is suitable to my needs. The free shuttle to/from airport is very comfortable. A-la-carte breakfast is to be preferred rather than paying 33chf.

Rooms were very comfortable, suitable to working during my stay with room desk, internet service, accommodations conveniently close to Zurich airport No printer for business use, other than to email to front desk for printing; no 24-hr room service, no coffee/expresso machine in room, limited service hours of operation for hotel restaurant

Convenient for travelling back and forth from Rly station and to nearby EU countries for business Rooms were quite spacious. . Breakfast should have been along with the room as usually the case with all european countries Wifi should always free in all the hotels generally

One of the most impressive aspects of the Mövenpick Hotel Zurich Airport are the people working at the reception. They have been wonderful. I thank them all and look forward to stay at the same hotel when I visit Zurich again. This should not be taken as a complaint, however, to me it was a bit of insult to be asked for an interim payment while I was still residing at the hotel. I can understand the thinking behind the procedure, but it makes both the people at the reception to have to ask for it and also makes the hotel client a bit disturbed (at least, this was how I felt). Good hotel, fairly priced and with all required facilities. Away from the city center, but not difficult to get there. A train goes directly to Hauptbahnhof (main train station) from the Balsburg station, which is a short walk from the hotel.
