Volná jízdenka na veřejnou dopravu. Při příchodu do recepce hotelu nás přivítal velmi silný zápach, zřejmě se linoucí z kuchyně, připomínající smažené olomoucké tvarůžky. Bezdrátový internet na pokoji v ceně by měl být samozřejmostí. |

The location was excellent. A little bit out of the main town but trams stop right outside and are very frequent. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfy. Reception staff very friendly. |

Good location and direct tram line (N. 14) for St. Jacobs sports hall. Also near city center - walking distance (20 minutes). Wery small bathroom! |

The convenience to the tram line. The main desk clerk (male) I failed to get his name. He spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The night staff were not as helpful. There was bottled water in our room when we arrived, but never again.I felt that bottled water each day would have been helpful. Also, no shampoo was supplied. |

We stayed 2 nites on this hotel.After a very tiny room in Amsterdam,this room seems like haven....not quite, but very comfortable.Breakfast is great and the staffs are just wonderful...and they do have an elevator so its very convenient for those with big bagages. Location is a bit down the road from main basel but its okay as the tram stops right in front of the hotel.however, the noise from the tram at night can be an inconvenience. |

we got a free ticket for public transport, the staff was friendly and helpful, there is a tram stop in front of the hotel and another one on the next street on the right to go to the center. The matress was very good and comfortable. the buffet breakfast was very basic, missing boiled eggs and variety of cold meat. |

Wonderful location at 2000m, fantastic views with only the sound of cowbels to be heard. Incredible location for hikers and in winter, skiers also. Very handy for the Feldis chair lift to Motta ski hut. Breakfast was very skimpy, juice, cheese, bread and tea or coffee. Although it only cost 5 euro. I would gladly pay more for a more substantial meal, especially if your going out hiking.Service was not exactly with a smile but was very courteous and polite. |

The extremely helpful staff, free travel pass, reasonable buffet breakfast, easy access to trams and buses and well situated for local shops, cafes and restaurants. We appreciated the no smoking bedroom. We were there in mid-june while temperatures were around 27º and the window in our room would only open at the top a very small amount.For the comfort of their clients, this hotel urgently needs air conditioning- (we mentioned this problem to the hotel reception staff when we checked out).Also although we had a quality double room, we found the bathroom small. |

La ubicación. No tiene ningún salón o sala de TV para poder estar sentado o charlando.La TV de la habitación es tan pequeña y está tan alta que casi no se ve,en Basilea hace frío y cierran todo el comercio temprano, es necesario tener mejores instalaciones en el hotel. |

è a due passi dal centro dei congressi e a 15 minuti a piedi da Marktplatz. C'è anche un supermercato coop vicino all'hotel. Le camere hanno il bagno e la connessione internet. La colazione è abbondante e al ristorante si mangia veramente bene. Alla reception ho potuto parlare anche in francese e in inglese. Le stanze non sono insonorizzate, ma non è un grosso problema. |

The blond lady at the reception is better looking for an other job! Internet connection no working!! Smelly rooms, parking unconfortable and overpriced! Forget this hotel if you are in basel, better under a bridge, a drunk homeless is going to be more friendly than the hotel staff. |
