That was the simplest breakfast I ever had in a hotel.

I stayed in economy single. In summary, comfortable enough and reasonable. Small, but comfortable bed. Small, but enough space to open my suit case. No shampoo, but body soup, one towel, clean bathroom. No attractive things around the hotel, but quiet enough. Wired network was ok. Free breakfast include coffee, milk, orange juice, three kinds of bread, three kinds of cheese, two hams, and jams and butter.

No wifi (wireless). Hotel staff said they DON'T have any.

Location is excellent next to Messeplatz. Breakfast is included and was ok quality but basic i.e croissant, bread, cheese etc. Free relatively high speed broadband was a bonus but no wifi (not great for iphone users) if you don`t have cable the hotel have them for load free of charge as well which was good.

While they have tried to make the hotel interesting it is pretty tired, room was newly decorated in an attempted artistic style but was large, pretty cold and very basic furniture. Recent stay in new Best Western Stucki was light years ahead but they were full.

The location was excellent. A little bit out of the main town but trams stop right outside and are very frequent. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfy. Reception staff very friendly.

Location of hotel was good and the transport links were good. Reception on entering the hotel was good and you get free local tram & bus transport

Certain (not all) reception staff were not very friendly and the breakfast was poor and service was very poor

The convenience to the tram line. The main desk clerk (male) I failed to get his name. He spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The night staff were not as helpful.

There was bottled water in our room when we arrived, but never again.I felt that bottled water each day would have been helpful. Also, no shampoo was supplied.

we got a free ticket for public transport, the staff was friendly and helpful, there is a tram stop in front of the hotel and another one on the next street on the right to go to the center. The matress was very good and comfortable.

the buffet breakfast was very basic, missing boiled eggs and variety of cold meat.

breakfast is O.K. The staff is polite and the hotel location is very convenient. Rooms are clean and the hotel suits our needs.

no hair drier at the bathroom.

I like the hotel location. also the iformation about the old city that I have recieaved at the front desk during the check in.

I didnt like the extra charge for the car parking.

Good location, excellent access to free public transportation, a very clean room.

A lot of external noise (traffic, loud customers in the restaurant right beneath our window).

the room was nice and clean but simple, modern facilities and helpful staff. The mobility card was also appreciated.

The extremely helpful staff, free travel pass, reasonable buffet breakfast, easy access to trams and buses and well situated for local shops, cafes and restaurants. We appreciated the no smoking bedroom.

We were there in mid-june while temperatures were around 27º and the window in our room would only open at the top a very small amount.For the comfort of their clients, this hotel urgently needs air conditioning- (we mentioned this problem to the hotel reception staff when we checked out).Also although we had a quality double room, we found the bathroom small.
