Hotel położony jest w zabytkowym zamku w centrum starego miasta Murten. Wspaniały widok na jezioro. Ręczniki powinny być lepszej jakości. |

The location of the hotel with the restaurant overlooking the Lake and in the old town centre was good. Parking nearby was extremely difficult. A space was available in the hotel's underground car park - at a price. The bedrooms could be up-dated. |

If you need to stay in Murten, this is an excellent choice because of the location. This is an update to my previous review to change it from rather negative to positive. The item initially was mailed not as a package, but as a regular mail in an ordinary envelope. The envelope broke and that delayed delivery beyond the point I left the country. I have to say that the management went out of their way to remedy the situation and eventually shipped the item to my home country. |

We were upgraded on the room, so the view of the lake from the balcony was stunning, as was the furnishing of the suite. The proprietors were exceptionally helpful. |

The location of the hotel situated by Lake Murtens is quite nice. I would have rated the hotel as 2 or 2 and half * instead of the 3*. The hotel does not have AC, at night the mosquitoes swarmed into the room if we open the windows and the room gets stuffy and hot if we close the windows. The screen still allowed the mosquitoes to get into the room. The towels were thin, worn out, cover was haevy, a weird smell in the room and decor is spartan for a 3* hotel |

Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was a bit expensive. Next time I might by pass the town of Murten and stay in Avenches. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, war ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Avenches. Das Abendessen im Garten , sowie das Zmorge - alles mit Seeblick! - war wirklich super. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Bitte sagen Sie der Musik-Bar (oder dem Club) der gegenüber dem Hotel ist, dass sie in der Nacht die Türe zumachen sollen. Der Lärm hat uns längere Zeit wach gehalten. Das war sehr unangenehm. |

Vriendelijk personeel,prima ontbijtbuffet,ligging centrum in het mooie plaatsje Murten,parkeerprobleem auto goed opgelost.Restaurant met geweldig uitzicht over het meer,keuken redelijk tot goed Vanwege drukte, een kleine kamer gekregen aan voorkant van het hotel.Veel lawaai van buiten.Badkamer was minimaal.Menukaart ingewikkeld gemaakt! |

Ein alter Bau, geschickt als Hotel eingerichtet, liegt zentral im Städtchen, bietet schöne Aussicht auf mittelalterliche Strasse mit alten Häusern und vielen Blumen. |

Das Hotel und auch Murten haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Essen in Ihrem Restaurant war vorzüglich. Ich habe Preis-Leistung "nur" mit einem gut bewertet, nicht weil ich sagen möchte, dass ich für Ihre Leistung zuviel bezahlen musste. Aber dieses Wochenende hat mich doch noch ziemlich viel gekostet und so kann ich mir so etwas halt leider nur relativ selten leisten. |

Schitterend uitzicht. Mooie locatie in een leuk middeleeuws stadje. Uitstekend voor een 1 dag trip. Restaurant is uitstekend. Eenvoudige, traditionele kamers. |

L'hotel si trova in una zona veramente invidiabile. Ho avuto una stanza con vista lago: camera impeccabile, vista fantastica. Un problemino con la TV in camera che in 10min. mi hanno sostituito. Bravi!! Pulizia ineccepibile, ristorante al top. Pur essendo li per lavoro ho avuto modo di trovare momenti di relax che non ho trovato in vacanze fatte recentemente. |
