The hotel is warm and comfortable, ideally situated near the airport and on a direct route into Geneva centre. I like to make myself tea and / or coffee last thing at night and in the morning; this hotel does not have these facilities. |

The rooms are all the same so you always know what to expect. The staff are pretty flexible and helpful. Location is 5 minute walk from Geneva Airport. |

Close to airport with shuttle service very early in the morning, very nice staff at reception, clean and quiet room(324, it may have been my luck..), traditional dishes at restaurant, free and convenient public transportation. This is very personal but I found the colors in my room (red and black) very depressing; I would have liked soothing colors and natural wood instead of black.As I'm not a backpacker, it was hard to carry my suitcase up the front steps. Reading light was weak. Bar style desk was not convenient. Shuttle stopping at departure gate was not specified before, didn't understand over phone and had to make 3 calls and wait more than an hour before meeting the shuttle. |

Very convenient location. There is a free shuttle service available by calling the hotel on arrival or the information desk in the airport called for me. Wireless internet available but at 15 CHF per 3 hours. |

Good service of Hotel Shuttle-bus There was no normal Chair in the room ( 114 ) and the table is too high for officework including the so called Barchair. The room has a very dark layout. Noisy during night and early morning from the floor. |

The bedding and showers were excellent -- these aspects matter to me the most. I also liked the 15 minutes freebie I got on their computer so that I could print out my airport documents. The airport shuttle had high availability and the front desk staff were excellent. |

The fact that there was nothing one would complain about; it was fine; it served it's purpose; I flew into GVA, stayed overnight, attended a meeting at the hotel then left. It was clean, comfortable, decent sized room, reasonably fresh decor. Food fine. All staff were good. |

It was clean, modern and close to the airport. The facility also provided a shuttle to the airport. By far the worse breakfast selection on our trip. We paid $15 per person. (in all other hotels we stayed at breakfast was include in the price and was much better). Some of the staff were stand offish. We found the Swiss for the most part to be polite, but reserved. Front desk staff here was a little indifferent and seemed annoyed by some of our questions. |
