The location was great, just a short distance to metro and the lake. Great walking area. The rooms are small but clean. Beds are comfortable. The online information indicated they accepted pets. I included that in my request, that I would be bringing a dog. When we arrived they said they did not accept pets,allowed us to have our dog at $20.00 per night. We stayed an extra night and they charged us $30.00 extra because we did not book online. Everything was extra consequently the rate is misleading. Breakfast is not worth $25.00 |

The hotel is very nice located, beautifuly decorated rooms (small if you carry big luggage), everything was perfect. The hotel price does not include breakfast. The price of the breakfast is overly expensive for the offer, which is basic for the money demanded but very good quality (fresh warm bread, eggs, bacon, fruits, prosciutto, ham, swiss cheese, yogurt, cereal, beverages). |

The location was very good, the receptionist was very friendly and upon checkin you receive a free metro pass which is very useful to get around the city. |

Great location by the metro line and close to Ouchy and the city center. Nicely updated building with still the old character. Construction noise accross the street, but it was not the fault of the hotel. |

Friendly staff, good price/value for a ++++-hotel in Lausanne city centre, right next to the new metro (public transport ticket included in hotel charge/city tax), walking distance to the station, quiet and well equipped room. |

Nice place, staff very friendly and ready to help. Relaxed atmosphere. For Lausanne, it seems that the it is very good rate for the type of hotel. I could imagine it would be a nice place for a romantic get-away as well. |

They gave a public transportation card for free and the location was convenient for walking to the lake The room was very small. The bed was extremely hard; I could hear the springs tremble when touching it with my hand and I had back pain in the morning. The breakfast was extremely poor for the enormously high price of it. I strongly recommend not to take the breakfast. |

Excellent front desk staff, nice view, easy access to mass transportation. Car not a must. Good a/c Sometimes late in cleaning rooms, lack of staff during our stay. Nice bathroom amenities but rather smallish rooms. |
