Hotel Carlton Lausanne    

I liked the bathroom - it was very nice. Also the breeakfast was good.

The smell in the bedroom - they had used a lot of air freshners in the room, which caused discomfort due to allergy and sensitivity. Yes, the hotel is old and a bit smelly but this chemical air freshners are really a downturn. Also that they rate them selves with four stars, but have no food available when we arrive 9pm gives a bad impression. Prices are too expensive for this hotel.

Good location and access, just next to tram station. It's around 5 min walk to the lake. A room is clean and so quiet,I could take a rest deeply. The room interior is gorgeous .

Clean, comfortable bathroom, friendly staffs and right next to the metro station.

We have to pay for wi-fi and lightings in the room were quite dim despite turning on all the lights.

Rather small room but fine for business travel. Wifi way too expensive at chf 16 per 24 hours.

A hotel with all the atmosphere of the Mary Celeste The mattress was as hard as sleeping directly on the floor.(I'm ex cabin crew and have stayed in hotels all over the world, and have never slept on such a ridiculously uncomfortable one ) So a very bad nights sleep had. When the state of the mattress was pointed out we were told "sorry to hear that ,you still owe a extra 6 Swiss Francs town tax" So add great customer service to the list.

The hotel was itself OUTSTANDING. Beggining with the service, the location, the room, the bathroom, the big big bed, simply amazing. And the best is the price!

Wifi was not free, only half an hour with a user and a pincode provided by the receptionist.

It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Very convenient location beside metro. Would really recommend this hotel foe stay in Lausanne

The Hotel is situated right beside the metro station Délices. Nice, classy furnishing We booked a double bed room and got a junior suite without extra charge

No view to the lake The room didn't have a balcony The basket with croissants at the breakfast buffet was empty after a certain time and didn't get refilled.

The hotel is situated nearby a metro station in a quiet aria, in a walking distance to the city center. There is a tea pot in the room.

There is no free WiFi even in the lobby. It costs CHF 19.

-Expensive -No free Wi-Fi, you have to pay a lot of money for a simple internet connection - Cleaning lady make too much noise in the morning everyday. You cannot sleep. - Hotel provided two-single beds which are moving away from each other, it was very hard to keep them close to eachother. Just a nightmare...

Noisy,bad smell,narrow.the room is separated from a whole set.I Accurately sleeped with another family.

The standard of the room is excellent as well as the breakfast, but the breakfast is 20-25 chf so it has a price. Also the hotel is nicely located next to the metro line in a silent area of the town

For dinner you need to go to the City centre, no free of charge internet, no drinks in the room in the fridge, you need to ask the receptionist to serve something in the bar

Location, nearby metro station, and the free transport pass and two complimentary bottles of water.

The room was ready only by 6h30pm local time and I was not informed about that -- and I provided a local mobile number during online booking -- so I had to start the check-in by 3pm, leave and go back later to finish the check-in, without knowing if the room was ready or not. The tv had no English channel. The air conditioning did not warm up the room, I had to ask for another blanket.
