Location. A short downhill walk from the station. Hotel is also just a short walk from the lake. Bus stop nearby for bus into city centre. You get a free local travel pass from the hotel. Room too hot, air-con not working in room. Room was very small. Restaurant only open for breakfast. Could not take dinner in the hotel. |

small room, very unpolite and lazy service, small elevator for the babys trolley, very small tv in the room. Lots of stairs and no help: unadapted to babys nor handycapped. They don't have restaurant. Looks ok in photos but I would never give it 4 stars : between 2 and 3. |

Location. Air conditioning. Helpful desk staff. Option of a smaller breakfast at a lower price than the full buffet. The running 24/7 of the new metro line outside my window (not yet open so maybe just a "soak-test"?) - however the double glazing kept the noise low when the windows were closed. |

The hotel rooms were in an excellent state with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. We were placed in a smoking room which smelled a lot. |

Price for breakfast does not match what you get. About half of the lights in the room and bathroom did not work. One space where a spot should have been was stuffed with a towel, the safe did not work |

Attractive room, nice bathroom, welcoming staff, half way between Ouchy and Lausanne centre so convienient for both areas (we walked up and down the hills but we could have taken the bus and the fenicular station is alongside) , nice and clean. Breakfast first morning we arrived was sparce as we didn't get down till 9.30 and the waiter didn't bother to top up the buffet. |
