Very old fashioned hotel with small and smelly rooms. The breakfast was not good/fresh and only very little choice for chf 25!! The hotel bar does not even serve alcohol. In my opinion this hotel should be a 2 star, max a 3 star.

Absolutely loved the hotel, the location and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The design of the room was equally nice and it had a balcony. I will most definitely go back!

The hotel is well located between the old city and the lake. There is tram station just near the hotel and the hotel provides free transportation ticket.

cozy and traditional swiss style, attentive staff, very good location just at the side of metro, 2 stops to Ouchy and 4 stops to old town. free wifi. the room is too small...

The hotel is well located not far from the lake, very clean and friendly staff. It is nex to a metro station and a bus station with a very easy access to the upper part of the city (with many restaurants and shops). The ticket to public transportation is included in the room (as nowadays usual in Lausanne). I can recommend this hotel. The only thing I didn't like that much was that the bed was a bit hard for me. Otherwise the room was very nice.

The hotel was in an ideal location with the Metro running next door. This was not intrusive even though outside our window. We were able to take this into Lausanne for shopping and into Ouchy to relax. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Their express breakfast was ideal. Very enjoyable stay and will stay again.

The hotel was well located -just next to the metro station- and the room clean. Nice individual terrace. - Room are very small, probably less than 9msq. No restaurant at the hotel so in the evening you have to go outside. Fine when the weathe is ok. But challenging if raining. -Parking and the Internet are very expensive. Not sure that staff share information about custumers... So the do have same information, and some requets remains whithout solution and follow up;-(
