The hotel rooms were in an excellent state with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. We were placed in a smoking room which smelled a lot. |

Attractive room, nice bathroom, welcoming staff, half way between Ouchy and Lausanne centre so convienient for both areas (we walked up and down the hills but we could have taken the bus and the fenicular station is alongside) , nice and clean. Breakfast first morning we arrived was sparce as we didn't get down till 9.30 and the waiter didn't bother to top up the buffet. |

I did not, the hotel is fully misrepresented. The hotel has no "gardens" since a railtrack is being laid through them. The hotel has no restaurant, resulting in either a taxi ride or a 3km walk down the mountain. Btw the restaurant sign is still up but the restaurant has been closed for years according to hote staff. The b reakfast, although expenbsive was atrocious. |

A good position between town centre and lake. Pleasant atmosphere. Room not large but adequate, good size bathroom. I would stay again at the excellent rate you quoted, although not at the full rate which was expensive. Would have liked a mini bar. |
