Nice room, silent location. Using the small way next to the hotel is just a 5-minute straight walk to the main railway station. The breakfast is a bit simple but pricy. We couldn't borrow a travel power plug from the hotel but had to pay CHF17 to purchase it. |

Room was perfect, staff excellent. Hotel is situated in silent region of the city, near the metro & lake shore. It's very expensive hotel & in hotel they haven't business room (with PC and internet). Wi-Fi NOT for free. |

Very conveniently located mid way between lakeside and the city centre right by the free Metro. They provide a kettle & cups but the tea and coffee is only sufficient for the first night with no milk. Further supplies have to be purchased and the hotel charges 3.50 Swiss Francs per tea bag. This is penny pinching in the extreme. |

Clean, comfortable. Usefully located by a underground Metro station. Hotel gave free travel card (as most Swiss hotels do). Lack of staff. Kept waiting at check-in and check-out. Regularly locked out of my room (sometimes twice a day!). |

Nice hotel, clean comfortable room, friendly staff, 24 hour free bus/metro card was nice to have, great location, parking right in front of hotel, would certainly stay at this hotel again. |

The hotel was not in city or old town but it was good that It was right next to the Metro station, which makes traveling very convenient. |

clean, near from the center. they separate the familiy consisted more than the 4 person(even the kids under 3 years old) in 2 rooms. They said that it is for the security reason but it's very rare separate one familiy with small babys in 2 rooms, and this never happend for us in any other hotels. |

Excellent location - mid town & lake, adjacent to metro. Very clean quiet & comfortable. The free upgrade to an executive room was most appreciated. Limited space for clothes but ok for a short break. |

A very friendly welcome - free Metro ticket - comfortable and very well decorated bedroom. Good value for money when booked through booking.com - the rack rate was twice the price I paid. I read the other reviews which all apart from the one rating the hotel 3.5 (I don't know what room he got - but was not like mine!) |

didn't like it at all. unexpectedly very poor location not a 4 star hotel! The room was very small, with a big useless sofa which took most of the space. No telephone in the room! No place to hang clothes, no shelf, no table, not a chair, no paper nor pen to take notes, no drinks in the minibar, no plug to charge mobile phone (the only one was switching off together with the light!). |

I found the staff very pleasant- friendly, helpful. Parking in front of the hotel was a big positive for me! Please note below that I did not read any guest reviews. I personally had 2 small porblems in my room but informed the receptionist when leaving and it appeared that he would have it attended to before the next guest. |
