It's a very nice hotel, with a very friendly personnel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's not very well located for walking distances, not far either, but it's located next to the metro station which is very convenient to go to the port or town centre.

When entering the room it took me a minute to find the light switches - the one next to the door only illuminates the entrance area - but the room itself was very comfortable and clean. Also the hotel staff was helpful and extremely friendly. When I mentioned having a slight headache the desk clerk told me that there are two bottels of water in the mini-bar that are for free; I am used to drinking tap water, but thought it was a nice gesture. Conveniently, during the whole stay I was given a ticket for free rides in the local bus and metro system. No free Wifi, although valuecard Wifi worked well (11 Franks for 4 hours, other options available for longer durations).

Hotel comfortable and 10 seconds far from the metro station. Clean and perfect for a business trip. No free wifi. 25 chf for the breakfast seems too much expensive

Very old fashioned hotel with small and smelly rooms. The breakfast was not good/fresh and only very little choice for chf 25!! The hotel bar does not even serve alcohol. In my opinion this hotel should be a 2 star, max a 3 star.

Absolutely loved the hotel, the location and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The design of the room was equally nice and it had a balcony. I will most definitely go back!
