Near public transportation, quiet room if you're not on the main street. Price was a good deal compared with others hotels in this season. 8 USD for 1 hour Internet access is a rip off. It's a hotel classified 4 stars but no mini-bar in room, limited room-service, check-in is time is 2 pm, etc... wondering how they got the 4th one. |

we booked the hotel as for double room however when we arrive they reserved the room for twin..however the staff changed the room and provided us an upgraded room... |

The hotel was very clean, the staff good and friendly. It was a mile away from teh main Station with 3 buses going straight to there. |

The staff were super helpful and friendly. I had requested an early check in on a discount weekend rate and they allowed that without any problem - which was great as I had been travelling overnight. Internet access was good if a little expensive - but, contrary to other reviews, it was possible to buy 3 hours of access which could be used over our stay. The room was quite small and a smoking room so needed quite a bit of airing. But I didn;t ask to change the room and that may have been possible. |

The hotel was very quiet, but located in a street. First I thought that this would be a problem. But there was no sound at all and after around 20.00 hours there was no sound at all.They have a parking with their own places. Which was really needed for me to park the car. |

Clean and Comfortable Room No room service available and was not notified prior to arrival as this was one of the reasons for the choosing the hotel. We had to then leave our hotel late at night to find some food for dinner and it was not the nicest of areas, we had to pass gangs of youths. Very expensive breakfast and we wanted to check in to the airport on-line but was told we would have to pay to use the internet. |

We liked the decor and comfort of the room. The staff were extemely helpful and very warm and friendly- especially the Italian receptionist who had a shift on New years eve and new Years morining Just that it would have been nice if tea & Coffee facilities were available. |

the hotel is very clean and quite, comfotable and big rooms. the breakfast is very expensive. we prefered to have a breakfasst at the brasserie near to the hotel. |
