Mentalitatea personalului: clientul este izvorul profitului hotelului si el este Respectabil. Umilitoare practica de a constitui fara acord o garantie baneasca (50 Eur) folosind cardul clientului, plus birocratia aberanta (semnatura pentru primire cheie camera?!, Garantie 20 chf pentru cheie garaj?! ... ) Am stat in 2 camere si barul era gol, desi la sosire s-a constituit "garantie pentru bar" |

The Hotel had a nice staff in the day time. very friendly but not at night. easy of check in and check out. it was done in 2 minuts. Air condition does not work in my room and all rooms are the same. very small room almost 9m2 and the shower doest work ver well. no value for the money and does not desirve a 4 Star Hotel catagory. |

The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was modern and well equipped. It is close to public transport, although a little way from the station. I would recommend it at the price I paid, 128 CHF but no more. The charge of 29 CHF for breakfast is exorbitant so I went to a cafe up the road. I was also surprised to be charged an extra 7CHF for city tax as this has always been included in the price quoted at other hotels in Geneva. There was no internet service in the hotel. The bed was very hard. |

I had a confirmed reservation but was told when I arrived that they had no room for me and they wanted to send me to their other hotel at the airport. This is very poor service. After a long discussion they found a very poor smokers room for me. I will not use this hotel again. |

It is within convenience distance to the un and not that far away from the city centre. The transportation pass was very useful. The noise in the middle of the night in the radiator. It lasted for two hours |

It is a quiet location, if your room is not facing the main street, the rooms are compfortable and clean, staff is nice. But... Four stars hotel is not only about the room, it is about the services, you can get - in this particular case - you get nothing No minibar, no restaurant in the hotel (only for the breakfast), no room service, no business centre - so if you did not bring your own comp - you can not get even internet, the bottle of water you can buy at the reception - I am wondering, how possibly the hotel could get a four star category??? |
