The room was very nice, and the staff that I came in contact with, was excellecnt. The back street, which oour room overlooked, was a red light district. But the staff assured us that it was safe, and we did not encounter any problems. |

Nothing much, the lady on reception was polite but that is about it. Room was dirty and run down definitely not 4 star. It was basically in the red light district, decor was awful, noisy all night, toilet was broken, awful hotel. |

The hotel is very well placed, but in the middle of a, non-aggressive red-light district and I didn't feel uncomfortable walking the streets. The whole area is very lively, but the hotel is well isolated. There is no room service :-( but there are plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. It appears that all the guests leave late and room service does all the room at once: I was there at 14:30 and no room was available until 15:00, the official check-in time!! The computer and printer were out of order and it was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel! |

nice, close to lake, conveniently close to rrestaurants just that my dad had booked it for me but as he wasnt there we had to refund and re-pay which seemed ridiculous |

very little. reception appeared put out by me being there, unhelpful. wireless was expensive. Air con controls were broken in the room and refused to move to another room. Room was 'tired' needing makeover - especially for 350CHF a night. Extortionate!, room smelt of smoke. equivalent of £20 for breakfast - a v small packet of cereal (which would have cost 20 pence) and very poor quality packet meet and cheese. Totally unacceptable for the charge! |

Close to city center. A very hard bed, It was very sad to have the view towards the street with all the prostitutes. The hole area was "red light district" the cheap way -Dont go with children.Brekfast was a different lower pris than here on Booking.com, but very poor. |

Thereis nothing good to stay about this hotel. It is a horrible, run down, grubby hotel. It was understaffed, dirty and noisy with street noice all night. Check out took 25 minutes. Totally bad and should get 1 star only |

A very rude receptionist who signed us in. I have never been treated by a receptionist in any hotel they way she dealt with us, she was bad mannered and very rude. I would say however the receptionist who we dealt with on our departure was excellent; a credit to you. I suggest you revisist customer service with the receptionist who signed us in! |
