Very helpful staff, convenient location, clean rooms. 140 CHF for double room was reasonable value compared to many other hotels nearby. Very difficult to park a car in the area, however the carpark below the nearby railway station was not too far away. It was quite noisy at night. |

The Hotel is just your average hotel in a city. There is nothing special about it, neither is there anything overtly off putting. The location is good with regards to the city and Cornavin station. The free travel cards given for the duration of your stay are a plus point. The room was clean and comfortable, and well maintained by housekeeping during my stay. Although the location is good, it is unfortunately accompanied by the catch of being in the red light district. Although this isnt a "horrific" area and i wouldn't describe it as unsafe, it would not make it desireable for families with children, and can be noisy throughout the night. Breakfast is also not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel because i think there are better hotels in the price range which i would recommend. |

nearby the main train station, walking distance to the old city center, nice and helpful staff at the reception. I did not care about it but I can understand some people do not like to see prostitutes waiting for potential customers at the next corner. |

location of the hotel in relation to the railway station and city centre amenities the pickpockets, although very amaturish ones i must say, that converge on you late at night around the hotel entrance. the desk staff were in no great rush to check you in even though it had been booked ages before, wanting to go through details that had been provided weeks before. |

well... for a 4* hotel with an origional room price of 750CHF (which after entering the room I find impossible to believe and think that either Bookings or Nash Ville are telling lies) it was awful. It looks run down... as if it has not been renovated since the 80's. Carpets are worn, it's very brown and has no atmosphere. To top this off, it is in the middle of the wost area, with prostitutes and drug dealers/addicts literally hanging on to the outside of the building (and 1 guy full of cocaine in the lobby) |

Central location, easy access to transit, shopping and sightseeing. Modern interior design - lots of wook panelling. Comfortable and clean. Excellent internet connection. Helpful staff. The hotel does not live up to its claim for environmental stewardship, in particular in the management of towels. |

The rooms were extremely small and the pictures depicting the hotel were very deceiving. It was located in a questionable area across from a series of bars. Throughout the night you could hear bar patrons fighting in the streets and yelling profane things. Upon check-in, the attendant assigned us to the wrong room and was not sure of which one to check us in to, only after we walked up and down the stairs did we find the correct location. |

Great location, helpful staff, good price - overall a good deal. It's on a noisy street with prostitutes and bars. There was always screaming and other rowdiness from those leaving clubs and bars nearby at around 3.30am - every night. |

Hotel is situated very close to train station, bus station and center. It is only 10 minutes walking to the center of the city! The room is very clean, furniture in the bathroom are little bit old but everything is clean! It is very warm in the room without any a/c. The hotel is situated in district with lot of kebab, etc and video cabines, you can find also some prostitutes, but it is quite safe (I was even walking alone by night). You can here also some noise from the street but it is not disturbing! When we have arrived we was given by transport card and it was very nice. Bad and pillows are comfortable. The staff of the hotel are not hospitable, it is impossible to call to reception from the room as it always busy. Staff are not smiling, and speaking with you as you are an enemy and disturb them from speaking with each other. A/c in the room are very old and loud, it is impossible to sleep if a/c is working. |

It's perfect for business and short stay as it's reasonably priced, but it's slightly worn in places and has that slightly 'musty' -could do with a good airing - feel in the rooms (I went in 2 if that's a good enough sample size). Saying that I'd stay there again. |

The room was comfortable enough and reasonably priced. Various bars and places to eat in walking distance. The hotel's common areas look worn and the location in the red light district is not very business-like. |
