Nash Ville has charged additionally my credit card without giving back money since we left the hotel. I haven't found any information about deposit and it is unfortunate to investigate why the hotel hadn't respond to my request.

The location of the hotel It's too noisy - the next time I will definitively pay more in order to get a safe and comfortable place in another hotel. The hotel debited the credit card before i even came to geneva which i consider to be quite unusual. Furthermore i had to pay a deposit of 50 CHF for the room in case something breaks - what a service. This was my first and my last time in this hotel.

It was very clean and modern. I didn't realize that this hotel was located in a "red light" area. It was very difficult taking a family around the hotel with all of the women offering themsleves.

It is conveniently located near the train station. There are some grocery stores and places to eat that are open until very late literally next door. The area is not really suitable for families and it is not the cleanest part of town. Some of the rooms did not smell very good due to problems in the bathrooms.

We had problem with the reception on check out. The credit card was blocked for no good reason and we were unable to make contact to find out why. They called the police! The police were very angry with the hotel for this. They already received emails and details of the company credit card and could have waited until Monday. We even offered to leave a drivers licence as security. In the end a member of staff was contacted in Brussels to give their own personal credit card number to pay the bill.

I didn't like anything about this hotel! First of all its located in the "red light" district of the city. At 2am there were prostitutes fighting on the street outside our window and a very loud open all night night club with extremely loud music which didn't allow for any rest. I booked a two night stay and ended up leaving after the first night!! Poor poor place to try and stay.

On one hand the hotel is located very close to the center but on the other hand the area is a red light district full of hoockers drug dealers and small criminals. The hotel rooms are rather shitty! Price is right for a hotel like this in a city like Geneva! It is very central but the location is not very good unfortunately. The Hotel can not help this. I had no choice since I was late with my Hotel booking. It was not worth the price I paid. The room was over heated and I had no way of turning down the heat. The lighting system was poor and I had a blub burnt out for 3 days and nothing happen until I took it out and left a note for the Room Service. I could not even brough a Plug converter- (the Swiss plugs are different) to charge my Notebook. I had to buy a converter. For the Room Price charged Wirelesslan should have been included.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. Worst I've been to in Geneva. Evitez !! avoid!! Wall with the next room was paper thin (I could hear snoaring and farting all night). Windows were not insolated (noise from the road all night). Fridge in the room was on, but didn't cool... Chair had marks that you wouldn't want to sit on... Sheets were clean but smelled like bleach. Bed was very uncomfortable and worn. The lighting was insufficient (only bedside lights and a light on the table) - but you wouldn't have wanted to see the state of the rug anyway. Bathroom molding was rotted by water infiltrations. Soap/shampoo smelled very bad. Staff was too nonchalant.

Location Staff where friendly enough but not happy and smiley like other hotels. The room was very hot with air con that was rubbish and the shower is also rubbish. Plus we had a safe that didn't even work. Bed's weren't comfortable either and they dressed the beds as a double when we asked for specifically a twin room.

Located in the very busy "red light" area. We complained about gusts in the next room the whole night but no attention from the hotel. We tried to call in the room the front desk at 3 pm the line was busy and my husband went down to talk to the receptionist. We expected a minimum protection as a hotel gusts, this expectation was not happened. Unfortunately, it was a pre-paid rate and we were unable to check out the next day and were forced to add the next night. We trusted the Booking.com to get the right service when we decided to buy the reservation. To conclude, our holiday in Nash Ville Geneva was unhappy.

Locaton is in the center, but in area of prostitutes and drug dealers. When you are sleepng at nght - you should choose another place! Servce was rather poor, the only people who were smiling were cleaners. The room was standart, but without a good heater! As we were in winter, it was really cold!

Really in the centre, 5 minute walk from Stration Gare Cornavin. The hotel is in Rue de Berne, which is a red light district. However, recently there are also suspisious individuals so it's not comfortable for a single woman to walk at night. The rooms are also noisy as you hear all the "traffic" from the street. Internet connection needs to be paid.

The heating did not work at all even while temperatures plummeted to - 12/13 C. The windows were not closing properly and there was ice inside on the window sill. The area behind Gare Cornavn, the central station is a bit dodgy, with lots of overnight shouting going on in the street, just about every night not just the week-ends.
