Location is good.
Room was dirty. Furniture is very old. No mini bar.
No free WiFi - unbelivable in 21 century
Hotels was in red light district with around 4 streetwalkers visible from my window. Noisy all night. staff very rude insisted on making me pay with my card for internet at 2 am instead of in the morning. terrible decor. very overpriced for very low rent hotel
Everyhing - a hotel to avoid
Too loud location. Was not able to sleep the night. The hotel is located in a red light distric which I did not know. The carpet was stinky.
the location the place the services the facilities
The location is good with near attractions, restaurants & shopping. Experience of staying was good accept street is too…… noisy at night.
The hotel location is very close to train station. Large room size and clean..
The lift only up to 4th floor. To get the 5th floor you have to use stairs
Staff were friendly
No free wifi Street noise very loud Hotel surroundings quite seedy. (Red light district)
No free WiFi, only overpriced service available in lobby.
Being in the red light district means that this is definitely not a family hotel. Also the noise from the street outside our window has a big disturbance, all through the night with what I presume were pimps drinking and shouting. They were all still there at 10.00am when we left, trying to sell their wares!!
Location was okay. Pretty close to center and the personal was very very nice. They tried to make our stay there as pleasant as possible. When we asked for something they were doing their best to try and help us or give us what we needed. The rooms and washrooms were pretty clean. I have no complains about that.
The hotel is located on a street full of prostitutes. We could hear them the entire night (they were still there at 5am). The hotel seems old and not renovated. There is no free WiFi and it is pretty expensive to buy it just for a couple of hours. Breakfast is also very expensive. I heard from the staff that the hotel was sold and in December it will be renovated, so I guess the owners just don't care anymore to make our visit to their hotel pleasant.
The bed only
The TV The AC The cleaning kit in the Toilet like tooth brush and shampoo
It is terribly noisy, you can hear people fighting and yelling every night. It is in a 'red light district'
Everything. Specially the very rude staff at the front desk. He was shouting and insulting, I felt like if I was staying at his expenses.
Despite that the location is in the heart of the red light district but it is full of restaurants and anywhere in Geneva is of an easy reach.
Rooms are very small and the staff are not friendly at all.
nathing in hotel no frig werkres in reception is very rod spacialy at night they let you hait all Geneva you can't sleep
Staffs were very bad
BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, THERE IS A BATH, STAFF ARE GOOD.
CAN BE VERY NOISY ALL NIGHT FROM THE ROAD OUTSIDE. ROOMS ARE STUFFY AND YOU CANNOT OPEN THE WINDOWS AS IT TOO NOISY OUTSIDE. AIR CON IS TOO NOISY TO SLEEP THROUGH.
Good place to stay
No free wifi
Red light area
The location, too much noise, no free WiFi and plumb issues
The hotel didnot have the room as we booked but they upgraded the room for us without additional charge.
Staffs seem to be not friendly at all.
Conveniently located for the train station
In the middle of the red light district was very very off putting for a single female staying at the hotel. I was on the top floor and you could hear all night, the partying or the fights or the guys picking up the prostitutes which were clustered around the hotel. One Saturday morning at 7.30am a fight got so bad, police and ambulances were called!
