it is a very quite place
Nothing a part the position close to the station
Staff very unpolite and rude, prostitute just 1,2 metres from main door also during the day
Decent rooms for the price and the style of the hotel is adequately modern. I would consider it more of a good 3 star instead of the 4 stars it claims. The breakfast is a bit pricy but Geneva is an expensive city and the quality of the breakfast is good.
I could've done without the plenitude of obvious prostitutes outside the door in day and night, but in all fairness, the entire area near the train station is like this and it is not a fault of the hotel. It’s just a shame.
Location close to the main station
Red district, no free internet and if you want to use it is very expensive, breakfast very expensive 20 euros
Location, is great for the distance to the lake and the railway/bus station. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding district.
Area is the red light district of Geneva, used to be very low key and no problems to walk around, now gone downhill with a lot of dodgy characters (those 'working' and those not) very close to the hotel and being highly visible.
No facilities in the room Very expensive for a such room
Placed in Red light distrikt. Very rude staff. Breakfast was miserable. Rooms dark and small. Very noisy place. Not recommended at all.
It is surrounded by many prostitutes
The location is very good. Next to the train station and to the center.
It's near to the central station
The staff is not polite (except one person). The room is too little, the shower has a dirty curtain. The TV is too little. The breakfast is too limited, few choices for the €20,00 that costs.
close to station nothing else , I dread to think waht a hotel rated as 2 star is in a rich city like geneva.
Not value for money ,in red llght disctrict , poorlighting in hotel room when complained about light bulb not working , it was like I was asking to stay free!
Proximity to train station and lake.
Room overlooking street with working prostitutes and loud bar making sleep impossible.
Noisy at Night due to the bar operation and very strange people on the street at night; not a good idea for solo traveller or single girl or man around there. Suggest need to have a better police patrol
Proximity to train station
-red district with noisy streets during the night. This was very disturbing. At the reception the staff is not very friendly and you feel like not welcome. You need to wait for a long time for check-in. Moreover the internet is expensive on extra charge
Easy access to transport
Red-light district being too obvious, security concerns, unhelpful almost offensive staff, huge Internet prices (15chf per night!?!), stairs meeting you at the entry is a problem (eg. luggage+baby chairs)
Location is good.
Room was dirty. Furniture is very old. No mini bar.
Closeness to city centre
Located in Red Light District, so a dodgy area. Very expensive for what you get. WiFi charged at 16 euro per session, which we could not reconnect to after the initial 5 minutes session. No parking.
No free WiFi - unbelivable in 21 century
Hotels was in red light district with around 4 streetwalkers visible from my window. Noisy all night. staff very rude insisted on making me pay with my card for internet at 2 am instead of in the morning. terrible decor. very overpriced for very low rent hotel
Everyhing - a hotel to avoid
Too loud location. Was not able to sleep the night. The hotel is located in a red light distric which I did not know. The carpet was stinky.
the location the place the services the facilities
The location is good with near attractions, restaurants & shopping. Experience of staying was good accept street is too…… noisy at night.
