エアコンはついていたが、調節できないのがちょっと・・・お手ごろ価格だから仕方ないが、スーツケースを広- げられるスペースがなく大変だった。 |

部屋はそこそこきれいでした。余計なものはないという感じ。アメニティもリッチなわけでもなく、歯ブラシな- どはなかった。赤線地区の近く、ということだけど、夏ということもあり夜９時過ぎまで明るく危険には感じな- かった。騒音も個人的には気にならない。お得な部屋を取れたので、コストパフォーマンスは良かったと思う。- 時計がなく、ホテルの案内もないのでモーニングコールの設定が出来るかどうかわからなかった。 |

4スターホテルの資格は無い。毎日、少なくともセルフ用のコーヒー・茶などはサービスすべきである。冷蔵庫- も故障したが、代替え機を持ってくるだけで部屋の変更もなし。床掃除は十分ではない。スイス政府の観光局に- 訴えて、4スターの資格を剥奪するように連絡する。 国連関係の重要な会議で、国連会議出席者用の格安料金が設定されていたにも拘わらず、それを適用しなかった- 。 |

料金あたりで考えると、バスタブもあり、部屋も広く、清潔感もよかった。 インターネット料金が無料でないことと、朝食が少し価格が高いこと。また駅前で少し風紀がわるいことと夜中- まで外で大声で話する声が聞こえるなどが欠点。 |

4つ星ホテルとは思えない．部屋は特に清潔でもない．テレビがとても古く，照明設備が不十分で部屋がいつも- 暗い．ブランケットが薄すぎて少し寒い．使っていない電話代をとられて非常に腹立たしい． |

It is located in the center of Geneva, in a red light district, but very safe, as most of the places in Switzerland. The free bus and train card provided at the check in counter is a big plus as transportation fees within the city can be expensive. The rooms are too small. |

I liked its location - walkable form the railway station. and nice decor. It's in quite a seedy area - on a street with dodgy-looking characters (but non-threatening - didn't feel dangerous, just a bit sleazy). No eveving food available in the hotel. Wireless internet access is costly |

Value for money, the rooms and breakfast, even the service The wifi charges being charged separate from the main bill, it is a hustle to pay for for wifi after an hour or so and not for it to be better to just include the cost in the main bill. |

The price of the room included a transit pass for the duration of our stay. The staff was friendly, and the rooms (aside from the carpets--see below) were clean. Access was 24 hours. Skip the breakfast, it is definitely not worth what they charge. A better breakfast can easily be had for cheaper in the area. Although the hotel is rated at 4 stars I don't know how they keep them. There were noticeable deficiencies for which they should be stripped of at least 1 star (carpets dirty and frayed, no tissues in the bathroom tissue box, shower hose broken, chipped and broken wooden facing in the bathroom, defective TV screen). Finally, avoid using the tea bag in the room, it will cost you 6 francs! |

Central location, friendly staff, clean place, comfortable bed. The room was very hot and air conditioning was very noisy. Street noise was quite loud. The red light district is very obvious but not intrusive, this would not put me off at all, but it might others. |
