Excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good hotel for you basic needs. Important to know that air-condition is provided, but comes as a stand alone apparatus (at least in our room). Personally I liked the breakfast a lot, simple but good. I am not a great fan of buffets. A very good experience as a whole. |

Location was great, easy to shopping and restaurants, boat launch, our balcony view was beautiful They did not having parking for us so we had to park in a city ramp and it cost us extra |

the hotel itself is good and clean.the hotel staff is friendly and approachable. one thing i don't like is the surroundings,cars passed round the clock it's so noisy, but that's understandable.i think whatever hotel you'll stay it's all the same,all is near the road. |

It is near everything (restaurants, boats, parc, lake, shopping), the staff speaks English, Espanish, French and a bit of German, our room had a wonderfull view to the lake. |

The hotel is clean and comfortable, very conveniently located (15 min by foot from the railway station, in the quiet and cosy spot of the main shopping street of the old town). Good value for money. The view from the balcony is magnificent! I was tempted not to go anywhere, just sit and watch the lake and the mountains from my window. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have tea-making facilities in the room. |

Rapport qualité prix pour nous bon hotel acueillant,un petit effort devrait être fait sur la propreté du sol des chambres sinon très bien,endroit calme et des personnes fort sympathiques...Je vais certainement y retourner. |

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den See war toll. Wir hatten genügend Platz für die ganze Familie im Zimmer. Zu kleiner Lift. Kinderwagen hatte keinen Platz. Bad ist etwas alt. Das Personal dürfte auch etwas freundlicher sein. Der Verkehrslärm war bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht so störend, dafür aber der Fernseher der Zimmernachbarn. Sehr dünne Wände. |

L' emplacement pratiquement au centre ville dans la rue piétonne des boutiques de luxe. Le garage est appréciable si l' on vient en voiture. |

elke sleutel kan elke kamer openen. Wij openden met onze sleutel al per ongeluk de verkeerde kamer en later op de avond kwam er ook iemand anders met zijn sleutel onze kamer op. Absoluut niet veilig dus. |

Très bien situé, très proche du lac et sur la rue piétonne du centre de Lugano Petite réception au rez, puis les chambres, le salon, la salle de petit déjeuner sont tous au 3ème étage. Pas très conventionnel pour un hotel |
