Hotel trés bien situé, aux portes de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont confortables avec tous les équipements nécessaires.

Il ne manque plus qu'à cet hotel une petite session spa avec massage. Pas besoin d'une piscine mais un hamam/sauna aurait été agréable par ce temps de pluie.

Location of this hotel is the best. We had triple, very nice large room 306. Awesome view of lake and mountains. Sits right off lake in very nice part of old town, 5 minutes walk to many restaurants. Free Wi-Fi on our floor worked great. Breakfast is very simple but lady getting tea and coffee was very cheerful and it was on our floor. A nice lounge area on this floor with additional flat screen tv. A empty fridge in room and Coop City was just up the street to grocery shop. Staff friendly and English speaking.

The bed was big and the pillows were awesome. The bathroom was clean and big. We have stayed here before and love this hotel. We love the lakeview and it's location to downtown Lugano. Safe secure parking (even though a bit pricey). Staff spoke excellent English and were very pleasant. Enjoyed the free internet, refrigerator in our room, and breakfast was included. In the summer months, they have an in-room air conditioner. Overall a very enjoyable experience

The breakfast is good, but I was hoping for some scrambled eggs. Guess you can't have it all. Still love the hotel.

The position was good and we had a lake view room and a big balcony.

The only access to the room was by a very small lift and the breakfast room was a bit small and uninviting.

The friendly staff and willing to help. The size of the room, the mattrass and chairs. The cleanliness and pleasant floor with a common room with small balcony. The location on the square facing the lake and the possibility to sit outside. Walking distance from centre. The flexibility of the staff.

The hotel is located in the main shopping street and has a Garage which is paramount in Lugano down-town. The staff is super friendly. The rooms have a big balcony facing the lake, aircon, good isolated windows and are spacious.

The interior is a bit old as in many Swiss hotels, it looks like the owners don't see the need for change as the rooms are booked anyway, but it's a pitty, with such a central location this hotel could be turned into a faboulous boutique hotel or similar. The elevator is also really small, which is a problem if you have small children and a stroller...

Il personale dell'hotel, oltre ad essere qualificato, è anche di una gentilezza e disponibilità unici. La pulizia delle camere, dei bagni e dei corridoi è ottimale. Quasi perfetta. La vista sul lago di Lugano dalla camera è veramente favolosa, mozzafiato. Ottimale per soggiorni romantici.

La scomodità nel raggiungere il parcheggio dell'hotel con l'automobile.

Die Lage des Hotels im Zentrum von Lugano mit Autoboxe ist perfekt - vor allem auch die Zimmer mit der grossen Terrasse Richtung See. Hinzu kommt, dass die Hoteldirektion und die Mitarbeitenden sehr zuvorkommend und kundenorientiert sind. Gratuliere. Dieses Hotel kann ich in jeder Hinsicht wärmstens empfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich ! Was ich auch sehr geschätzt habe , dass sie uns etwas entgegen kamen mit dem Preis für die Hunde , da die Kosten schon ziemlich hoch waren !

Ich war etwas entäuscht vom bescheidenen Frühstück , wenig Auswahl ! Brot , Gipfeli etc. war sehr knapp , als wir noch Brot bestellen wollten , hiess es , dass es leider keines mehr hat und das war um ca. 09.00 Uhr !

Läget utmärkt med nära till sjön och shopping

Wi-Fi fungerade endast I lobbyn. Inga mörkläggningsgardiner så väckningen kom med solen
