Le bruit de la route l'hotel pas isolé. La salle de petit déjeuner bien trop petite on a du attendre que se libère une table

Not all rooms have terraces and good lake views though.

The position was good and we had a lake view room and a big balcony.

The only access to the room was by a very small lift and the breakfast room was a bit small and uninviting.

Staff was really very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in the main shopping street and has a Garage which is paramount in Lugano down-town. The staff is super friendly. The rooms have a big balcony facing the lake, aircon, good isolated windows and are spacious.

The interior is a bit old as in many Swiss hotels, it looks like the owners don't see the need for change as the rooms are booked anyway, but it's a pitty, with such a central location this hotel could be turned into a faboulous boutique hotel or similar. The elevator is also really small, which is a problem if you have small children and a stroller...

Amazing view if you get room from lakeside. Hotel is situated in lakeboulevard and shopping street, friendly staff.

No aircondition, only unworking airblower. Wi-Fi did not work.

The best thing about Nassa Garni is its location right front the lake and at the center of Lugano where you can find what you need of various shops, café and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was considerably big with reasonable good furniture, the bathroom was very good.

We could not turn on the air condition (split) neither in day or night because each time we do, the electricity in the room goes down. Although, there were many channels but there was only one English channel (cnn) and no Arabic channel at all. The breakfast was reasonably ok. As a three star hotel, Nassa Garni was a very good hotel in terms of location and the nice of the room. If I would have the chance to visit Lugano again, I will choose Nassa Garni.

The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying.

The bathing soap was not enough, if you could fix a bottle it would be good, you need to put a toilet perfume in the bathroom because after going the smell stays abit for the next person to use the bathroom. I would recommend that you put some choice drinks in the fridge which you can charge later as the guest takes.

Das einzige war das der Garage genau unter dem Hotel war und sehr schnell erreichbar war

Die Zimmer waren sehr schlecht ausgestattet und aus dem Bad kam immer ein gestank raus

Unglaublich ringhörig, betreffend Zimmernachbarn! Liegt praktisch direkt an der Seestrasse = sehr lärmig

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich ! Was ich auch sehr geschätzt habe , dass sie uns etwas entgegen kamen mit dem Preis für die Hunde , da die Kosten schon ziemlich hoch waren !

Ich war etwas entäuscht vom bescheidenen Frühstück , wenig Auswahl ! Brot , Gipfeli etc. war sehr knapp , als wir noch Brot bestellen wollten , hiess es , dass es leider keines mehr hat und das war um ca. 09.00 Uhr !

Lage zur Stadt

Zimmer hatte schönen Ausblick auf See, doch bereits ab 11 Uhr ist Zimmer im Schatten (Mauer!). Abends wurde nicht geheizt, obwohl es im Zimmer kühl war. Frühstück ist ok, doch der Raum weckt durch seine Kargheit keine Morgenfreude. Preis-Leistung zu hoch!
