Spa and Pool, Meals good, well located near stations. Thoughtful service such as chocs on arrival. Many rooms didn't have good views of Matterhorn etc due to other buildings. Some rooms are overlooked from Gornergrat train/busy footpath. |

The location was ideal for me, short walk to the train station for a trip on the Glacier Express; across the street is a cable car to the mountains, and the town is also easily accessible on foot. Although I did not have a sight of the matterhorn from my room, there was a balcony with a delightful view - ideal to sit and unwind. The staff were very helpful with the bartender going out his way to make recommendations on areas of interest. Excellent experience. |

La situation de l'hôtel. Sa propreté et son personnel très serviable Je regrette le manque d'un peignoir dans la salle de bain ainsi qu'une bouilloire pour se faire un café ou un thé vu la catégorie de l'hôtel |

マッターホルンの見える部屋をリクエストしたところ、寝ながらでも見える最高の部屋でした。部屋も二人で使- 用でしたが、メゾネットの大きな部屋でした。場所柄、日本人団体客が多く、我々が宿泊した時も団体が入って- いました。朝食時もかち合う時が多かったのですが、グループではないと言えば、離れたところに席を設けてく- れます。 |

Gute Atmosfähre, und Servie ist ok Reception nicht immer besetzt und der Gast musste sein Zimmerschlüssel selber vom Brett nehmen. Nach meiner Ansicht nicht so gut, da jedermann in irgend ein Zimmer eindringen kann. |

Magnifique Wellness, cadre chaleureux, les chambres sont de taille idéale, salle de bain pas très grande mais très très belle, beaux matériaux. Buffet-déjeuner délicieux et personnel très agréable. Rien à signaler, tout était parfais |
